Hummus republic is my go-to for lunch when I'm in the area. I love to get a bowl with couscous, chickpeas, and mushroom shawarma. The mushroom shawarma is soooo good I almost need to start ordering double protein because it's so delicious. I love that you can add plenty of toppings and sauces, and hummus! My team had a meeting catered by hummus republic today. I really enjoyed it. There was a few different types of hummus to choose from, plus a half dozen different sauces to add on top. We had falafel, chicken, and beef. The falafel was my favorite. The salad had a lot of olives on it, which i really appreciated. The crispy pita crackers were delicious.

Flavor was not what I was expecting. Not sure if I was provided the right sauces or what but it didn’t even taste like Mediterranean food - at least not what i am used to. Wasn’t bad and great service, just not what i was expecting.
