This spot does have a really clean and well organized atmosphere, the service seemed pretty straightforward and helpful. The food was four stars more or less, unfortunately, it wasn’t my absolute favorite, but on the other hand, my husband thought it was beyond average and would return!The prices may seem a little bit high, but you are eating in Bellevue, and the portions are a little bit larger than anticipated.

The 2 people who serve are poorly educated, appear to have poor hygiene and their service is terrible. I would never return here.

Ice Monster - Bellevue is the best shaved ice shop I've ever been to! The Fresh Strawberry Sensation is my favorite. The strawberries are so fresh and the shaved ice is so light and fluffy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and refreshing dessert.

Visited on MLK, public holiday. Happy Lemon had a 15 deep person waiting line going around the store but Ice Monster was EMPTY. The whole store had two seats occupied so we were excited to be able to get seating. We went in as a group of 7 but left soon after without spending a dollar. The menu is scarce, extremely limited. No mango products bc not in season so ONLY fruit option is strawberry. My kids are allergic to strawberry so that didn’t work.

Kids wanted drinks but unfortunately all beverages are tea based and caffeinated- that doesn’t work for little ones.

Always had a wonderful customer experience at ice monster in taipei and Singapore and really hope this Bellevue location can improve as we move the chain.

I love their fresh fruit ice cream and all hand-made toppings! Everything is natural with decent sweet! Employees are very nice and helpful! If you wanna try a rich flavor of desserts, you can’t miss it out.
