Was a little difficult to find this place - didn't realize it was in The Whale Tea. We were so glad we found it though! The server was incredibly helpful and honest in helping me decide what to order - I ultimately got the sweet potato brûlée and it was such a delightful flavor and texture!

The Yaki-imo brulee is my absolute favorite and my go-to. Overall the soft serve is just amazing, but the slight sweetness and flavor the potato gives it is a level up for the ice cream. I’m super sad this places closed :(

I recently visited Indigo Cow in Bellevue and tried their Hokkaido ice cream with the sweet potato crumble, and it was absolutely delightful! The Hokkaido ice cream had a rich, creamy texture and a subtle sweetness that felt indulgent without being overpowering.
