First time I try this place. The staff member was kind enough to give me a sample of the icecream when I asked. Comes in two sizes for a cup serving (small or regular). I got the small. You can also have it in a cone. This was really yummy. I got the swirl of matcha and vanilla icecream with some delicious toppings like the mochi. Check it out! Fun treat to have on a hot sunny day!

Good Matcha Flavor soft serve. A tiny establishment. You don't have a lot of variety but their Matcha flavor is definitely better than some other places in downtown. Regarding the setting of the place, finding Indigo Cow can be confusing. It's located inside of another place called The Whale tea which definitely feels like a bigger franchise.

Definitely recommend, especially adding mochi on top! It's located inside a boba shop which was unexpected but has a lot of seating.

Tasty soft serve. But to start parking is a pain unless you get lucky. You're better of parking at the DT park to avoid going in circles. Has nothing to do with Indigo cow but good to know about parking. When we walked in it was a but chaotic with the line & people confused on which side to order what. The first cashier is for indigo cow. There is a small selection of flavors & toppings. But I don't think you can go wrong with your choice. I got the Hokkaido milk. The perfect level of sweet. Soft (duh) creamy & just overall delicious. For topping i got the organic strawberry sauce. Paid $7 & some change for the regular size. On the pricier side but its a great treat.

Good quality ingredients but it doesn't taste milky which is what I expect from Japanese soft serve.

one of the best soft serve I’ve ever had!! I had the seasonal special, which had a Hokkaido milk soft serve base, with sweet potato on top, creme brûléed oh my god I devoured

Indigo Cow is a shop that is typically accompanied with a long lineup, and it is well deserved. As a first time, i got the iconic Hokkaido Milk ice cream with dango and it was very good. The ice cream is soft serve, and the milk flavour is not too strong. Highly recommend adding the dango as it complements the lighter milk flavour.

Located inside whale tea bubble tea shop. I ordered their seasonal sweet potato (Yami-Imo) and their Hokkaido Milk with MBR and Mitarashi dango. The Yami-Imo ice cream was interesting. It has three-layers. First layer is the ice cream. Second layer, we have an inch of the sweet potato paste. And on top, we have the brûlée. I was definitely not prepared for the sweet potato to be a paste. I assume it was just flavored sweet potato ice cream. If you're not a fan of paste dessert I would recommend something else to try like their Hokkaido milk. That was one of my favorites. You can never go wrong with Hokkaido Milk. They are known to be creamy and not overly sweet. And pair it with MBR, it is so good! The dangos were okay. Service was not bad, one person working the counter and making the ice cream. As for ambiance, it's located inside Whale Tea, so I'm not sure if it's shared seating or not. But inside is very welcoming, and kind of spacious to stand around with limited booth seating around.

The soft serve here HITS every time haha! They use milk straight from Hokkaido and you can definitely taste it. The soft serve itself is super creamy and milky yet very light. This time around I ordered the crème brulee imo (sweet potato) soft serve instead of the normal soft serve. The crunchy brulee topping with the creamy sweet potato added a whole new dimension to the dessert. If you've ever seen the viral soft serve dessert where they top it with strings of sweet potato puree, it's very reminiscent of that. Highly recommend this place, always hits the spot!

Amazing ice cream, super sweet waitress, fast surface, family-friendly environment. Located alongside a boba place, so you can satisfy all your sweet cravings at once.

I came in the afternoon and ordered a matcha and milk swirl with shiratama kuromitsu kinako in a waffle cone. Service was prompt since my order was made right after paying. There was a lot of space and I had no trouble choosing where to sit. The soft serve was icy and not too sweet. The mochi was personally too hard and chewy for me, but I enjoyed the kuromitsu and kinako; both enhanced the taste. I didn't enjoy the cone since it didn't have much flavor (or a cardboard taste) and was a little stale. The soft serve does melt on the quicker side so don't be slow with eating it! I'll be back but will get a cup instead of a cone next time.

It was a little bit confusing to get here, not realizing it's 2 businesses in 1 store. Indigo Cow shares with a bubble tea place, and I think it was a good idea! I really liked the Hokkaido soft serve and I can give that 5 star. I got this in a cone without any other toppings (coz it's extra) and I paid close to $10. Price was too steep in my opinion. The service was not that great as well. We came in, no hello and not as helpful. The staff were not present with the customers. The cafe looks aesthetically cute but i didn't feel like staying there after the first impression service.
