Ordered the T-pain combo, did not get the air freshner promised. Got the wrong order in drive thru, asked for burger, got chicken instead.
No straws, or ketchup, etc was given or asked about. Bad experience overall, much disappointment after returning home.

Speaker wasn't working in the drive thru. We pulled up to the window to order and the manager and a young man were at the window. The manager was nice. We explained no1 took our order bc something was wrong with the screen. The manager spoke Spanish to the man working with her and he talked back to her and was very rude saying that we could just leave bc we didn't place our order at the speaker. My husband explained the speaker and screen were not working and the guy took our order but had attitude. The manager was kind but that man working with her was rude.

I tried to call they never answered the phone so I drove up here because online they advertised 2 for 5:00 I double-checked to make sure you didn't need to just order it online that you could get it through the drive-thru

Miriam B was extremely grumpy and borderline disrespectful. I order a shake a large curly fry and when I get the order the fries were room temperature so I asked for some fresh ones and she has me pull around the building and then 5 minutes later she comes out and hands me a bag and the fry still tasted the same and there were less in the bag then before. I hope she was just having a bad day and isn't like that normally. She didn't even say a single word when I said thank you have a good night she just walked away.

I had a simple order
Croissant ham and cheese w/mayo and pickles
The order has to be put in as…
Croissant supreme, - egg, - bacon, +mayo, + pickles.
Every single time I stop here, this store has messed up my order. One time after sending it back 2 times, as retaliation, the cook put a ton of mayo, making the whole thing an edible. I sent it back to be made right, after which I then declined the food and asked for my money back.
