Such good food! A big notch above the usual. Nice cozy atmosphere. Speedy friendly service. I highly recommend!
The food was amaizing it felt like eating home cooked meal and the atmosphere added on to that feeling. Walking in you smell jasmine in the air and a comfortable aroma. The customer service was amaizing and so attentive i really enjoyed eating there! 10000/10 definitely recommend.
We used to pass this place and wonder what the food and service was like, but when we went in, we were blown away.
Food is delicious, consistently so, and the service is quick and professional. This place is our go-to Thai restaurant in the area. Favorites are the spring rolls, the satay (chicken and tofu are both great), as well as the fried rice and noodle dishes.

Sukhothai Restaurant offers a refreshing change from typical Thai cuisine with new options and many vegetarian choices. The food is fresh and flavorful, with dishes like Eggplant stir-fried mix veggie, Tom Kha veggie, Summer roll, and Mango sticky rice standing out. The restaurant has a cute vibe and friendly staff, offering the best vegan Thai in the Bellevue area.
The Basil Fried Rice with Brown rice is awesome, and the Roti sweet is well made. The Red Curry, though mostly sweet, can be ordered with medium to high spice. The tofu is cooked very well in all dishes, and the soups and lettuce wraps burst with fresh herbs. The fried rice is tasty, with a whole portion to bring home as leftovers.
While the Thai samosa was greasy and lacking in stuffing, and the Crispy Garlic Prawns lacked spice and sauce, the overall dining experience at Sukhothai Restaurant is a tasty one, with room for improvement in terms of flavor balance and portion sizes.
