So first time at this location— the cashier was extremely patient and helped me make my selection. I ended up sort of creating a smoothie that wasn’t on the menu— pineapple mango coconut— primarily because I wanted to see how it compared with NRGize Smoothie up in Mill Creek. I just have to be honest— NRGize smoothie is slightly better when it comes to taste. But this place still makes excellent smoothies. I think the taste is slightly more acidic here, whereas with NRGize they may add a little more coconut which balances it out. But still delicious at both. I also got the granola bowl, and it looks good ?? The store was clean— nice atmosphere, will return for sure

I love this place all around. Usually it’s a total zoo but I took a day off & decided to drop by. It was very calm. No one but me. Just how I like it. I ordered the mega mango and the razzmatazz for my brother. Ordering is always great but today it was exceptional. The person who made the smoothies did so good too. Honestly don’t ever have a complaint about this place and I’m always happy with the service but this girl rocked. I believe she said she was from the Puyallup store. She knew exactly what she was doing. Friendly. Kind. Knowledgeable. Positive. Also let me know of some fantastic mods for my favorite smoothie that I will for sure try next time. Really happy I stopped by :)

Public bathroom but was told it was for employees only??Tried to get something two days ago and closed long before hours posted. Like 3 hours early. Not ok!

they gave me half a drink because they don't have kids size. Then for the past 2 days they don't have any acai bowls. I never gotten half a drink before but I paid $5.50 for it.

I tried their orange carrot twist and liked it! Not sugary at all. Would recommend it for those who’s trying to cut their sugar intakes.
I went to this factoria location today and Lukas B had great customer service skills and he made my smoothie perfect.

Extremely unprofessional, dirty and and a shanty store. One of my drink has nuts when told my child has nut allergies. Unsure of this store.
