Disappointing experience. I used to think it was just okay, but now it’s borderline edibility issues.
The location is great and the staff was friendly, but the food was a complete disaster. We ordered rolls, gyoza, and a bento box, and everything was disappointing.
The rolls were so poorly made that they completely fell apart when picked up. Worse, the fish didn't taste fresh at all and had a noticeable, unpleasant smell. The rice was mushy and clumpy, and everything was completely drenched in sauce.
Great service can’t save terrible food. I won't be coming back.

Worse cosmo ever. I had high hopes on a god cosmo with extra pump and muddled. However I got the opposite and so sweet. Even after I returned it for a new one made I felt the same cosmo was brought back to me unchanged. Not ever coming back.

The waiters should consider stopping the World Cup and focus on making a good drink instead.

Absolutely awesome place..everything..

Quality of fish and portion sizes were excellent. Absolutely loved the sweet seduction so much we ended up using the mango sauce as a dip for the other rolls. We went on a Saturday night and even though it wasn’t at full capacity, we did have to wait over 10 minutes for the server to come to our table after we sat down. Besides that, food was spectacular, great quality, and cozy atmosphere inside the restaurant. Attire is mixed, saw several folks in hoodies but also several couples dressed up. Hidden away inside the building but well worth the visit if you can! Free parking on weekends inside the garage.

We have been coming here almost once a week for the last three to four years, and the quality had always been consistently good until recently. Over the last six to seven months, we have noticed a clear change, and it feels like the chef may have changed.

The sashimi we ordered was falling apart and did not taste as fresh as it used to. Since we have been eating here so regularly, we can definitely tell when the quality and flavor change.
the salmon karaage is still as good as always and is a must-try.

I really hope they bring back the quality they had before, because this used to be one of our favorite regular spots.

Had a good experience overall. The sushi was fresh, and the quality of the ingredients was solid. While nothing particularly stood out, everything was well prepared and enjoyable. The service was excellent friendly, attentive, and one of the highlights of the meal.Overall, it’s a reliable spot for sushi with fresh fish and great service. A good choice when you’re looking for a consistent dining experience.

Great staff, great atmosphere. I ordered the belly sampler and a matador roll. Belly sampler was great - the torro just melted in my mouth. Though I would try something different next time I go, the matador roll was really good too, and was generously portioned; Each piece was a mouth full. Total cost was about $60 with a drink.

I enjoy the food at this restaurant but the service I have received here the last few times has been poor. So much so it is preventing me from wanting to come back.

Typically, the front of the house will not be available at the front to help sit you or help you get your pick up orders (at least in my experience). It either took us a good amount of time to be seated, or, I would have to receive my pick up order myself if I placed it to go.

In a recent visit, I tried to retrieve my pick up order personally and the manager came around only to give me an attitude. It was extremely unprofessional since I was getting no assistance prior and there was no staff in front of house to assist. My order clearly had my name and item inside when I tried to explain. I would not recommend this location with this type of management around.

Don’t order from them on DoorDash — they have no freedom to do right by the customer — no substitutions or changes of any kind on their side even if you select an allergy when ordering. The experience is awful — you have to call door dash and it’s a complete waste of your time!!!

Seattle Crunch and Bellevue rolls taste great 👍👍 The classic rolls are traditional Japanese. We will definitely come back again!

The Mexican Ninja and the Super Bad Boy rolls are my favorite so far. Party of two, we sat at the bar during happy hour which is open to 530pm. No wait and good service.
