Worst customer experience in history. Ordered on the Jimmy Johns app for pickup at store located on 38th Street in Bellevue. Busy holiday shopping day. Walked into the store and was told internet was down and they could only take cash I said no problem here is my order confirmation email and the app showing my order was placed and paid for already. I ordered a very simple sandwich which took almost 30 mins. I gave them 30% gratuity only to have my food 30 mins late and very COLD
