It was so awkward, and I had to repeat that I wanted extra lettuce 3 times. My boyfriend and I stood there to order one sandwich and when it came out it wasn’t cut in half, I hadn’t known to tell them. When my boyfriend went up to ask for a knife they said they had plastic forks and couldn’t cut it for us. 0/10

Jimmy John's as a company is fantastic. Have been enjoying there sandwich's for over 15 years.This particular Jimmy John's is truly laughable how horribly it is operated and how poor the service is. If you want to wait 2 hours for a delivery, this is your go-to shop!"Corporate" Jimmy John's should shut this down.

Jimmy John’s is always good so I can’t complain about the food. The employees here were definitely stressed out when I stopped by though. One of the dudes got my food to me pretty quickly though despite some of the others drowning in orders. This is a busy area though so that’s important to keep in mind especially around lunchtime 12-3PM.

SLOWEST service I have ever had. Came here around 11:40 and didn’t walk out with my sandwich until 12:05. They only had two people working until a 3rd finally showed up.“Subs so fast you’ll freak” definitely is not right.Just and edit on my review… Just got back to work and my sub is made WRONG, I paid extra for turkey… barely any, said no capacola and guess what? THERE IS TONS ON IT! I do not recommend this place to any one!
Employee yelled at me for coming in on Memorial Day and being the first customer. Said they'll only get $500 as store today and that I'm the problem. Only thing I said was "how are you?" when I walked in. Walked out... recommend you go elsewhere.

Ordered from them on Monday. Waited over an hour for my sandwich to be delivered with no communication. Ordered again on Wednesday. Waited 45 minutes, tracking said the order was still being made. Called the store and they said they were out of bread?? And “couldn’t find any more” and would not have any for at least an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. It is peak lunch hour and they didn’t even bother to call me or even stop taking mobile orders. If you don’t have the materials why are you taking orders? Would not recommend.

The food is fine, no different than any other location but the wait/delivery times have become awful over the past year or so. It’s pointless to schedule your delivery, it’ll arrive late anyway. I’ve had to wait over an hour for delivery, and had scheduled orders be over 30 minutes late. The wait when you order ahead for delivery is awful too. I’m sure it’s not the fault of the employees, everyone is always super nice, they just seem to always be so badly understaffed.
