We had such a great night at Joey, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Miranda. Her energy was amazing from the moment she greeted us—so warm, friendly, and genuinely upbeat. She was attentive without hovering, always smiling, and made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of throughout the evening. Her service and positive attitude honestly elevated the entire experience. Miranda turned a good dinner into a memorable night. Thank you!
Our first dinner in Seattle was at Joey Bellevue, and it was outstanding.
We started with the mini French dips, which came with a port red wine au jus reduction easily among the best I’ve ever had. For dinner, I had the steak and ravioli blanco, paired with their signature crispy mashed potatoes. The steak was tender and flavorful, the ravioli was rich and buttery, the shrimp was perfectly fresh, and the crispy mashed potatoes were truly memorable.
