Lovely date night dinner! Food was delicious, but too much of it - and ended up with a doggie bag for tomorrow. Nice wait staff, but shy of 5-stars. Pretty location though awfully loud in our open table spot - the booths may be a bit quieter for future reference.
Visited on 3/7 after 5 pm and sat at the bar.
Jeff provided exceptional service and showed great patience, especially after another bartender gave me an unfriendly look and didn’t seem willing to speak with me. I almost considered leaving, but Jeff’s professionalism made the experience much better.
The fries were great. I’ll try to come back to sample an entrée, as the happy hour meat dish was a bit over-seasoned for my taste.

Best steak in the Seattle area. Many steak house have uneven steak doneness, they are usually medium-well on the edge of the steak, and a rare center. John Howie somehow solved this puzzle. I can finally enjoy a completely evenly medium-rare steak goddess. War is over✨
