Ordered off Uber Eats while travelling for work. Wanted something fresh and healthy that I could enjoy while relaxing in my room after a long day. Bowl was fresh and delicious !

The employees today left out a preset topping on both bowls and did nothing when I pointed it out. I ordered two Rainbow Bowls. When I picked up my order, the employee did not say anything but both bowls were both missing the masago. When I showed them, they simple told me that they were out of masago and did not offer any correction. Selling a dish, taking money, and then leaving out a listed topping is legally a scam.

First experience which I was very excited for... the donut was cold and I suspect it would've been great warm. Idk maybe it's my fault for coming at like 3:40 or whatever maybe they are ready at the top of the hour? Anyway the service was perfect and great atmosphere

I came in for the “$10 Poke Tuesday” deal expecting a discount on the regular bowl, but it turns out they literally just gave me a smaller portion worth $10 instead of the normal $13.99 bowl. Basically, it’s not a real deal — it’s just less food for less money. Super misleading and disappointing. I’d rather pay full price and get a proper portion than be tricked by this kind of “promotion.”

Thanks for the response, but calling it a “value bowl” doesn’t change the fact that it’s misleading. The portion I received was clearly smaller than your regular bowl — not just “compressed greens.” There was barely any salad base underneath, and it definitely wasn’t the same standardized amount of protein you mentioned. If the $10 Tuesday deal means customers get less food, then it’s not a value option, it’s a smaller bowl being marketed as a deal. That’s what feels dishonest. Customers deserve transparency, not wordplay that masks reduced portions.

Ordered buy one get one free rainbow bowl from uber eats. Very disappointed. The avocado in both Rainbow Bowl was brown and bitter — clearly not fresh and honestly inedible. It completely ruined the bowl. For the price and reputation, I expected much better quality control.

I went to Just Poke with my friend for a weekday lunch, and it was a really disappointing experience. Even though there were only a few customers, the wait time was very long — the staff were moving extremely slowly, and out of the three workers, only one was actually helping customers.
To make things worse, one of the male staff members was very rude and disrespectful. My friend simply asked him not to move the bowl too heavily, and then he rolled his eyes several times and spoke to us in a very cold, dismissive tone. It was honestly shocking — I’ve never experienced such bad service before.
Never coming back to this awful place again.

Nothing like getting a ticket on your car while in line to buy your parking pass. Its great because when you try to explain it to the staff ticketing you, they say they cant retract it on their end. Its wonderful customer service and great for the businesses in the building. Never coming here again. Definitely not worth adding $75 to the bill for parking.

20 min drive to get there and they are out of EVERYTHING we ordered. Then the 1 açai bowl they could make - without all the ingredients - was completely frozen AND there was MOLD on the blueberries.

Just Poke is in a shop in a space that looks like it has three different restaurants. As for the just poke, it was actually pretty good. It’s made to order and the server was nice and helpful. The place is clean, but it’s in a section within a larger space, so it’s not just its own standalone restaurant. Overall I really enjoyed my poke and recommend it.
