$57 for a bucket of soggy and wet chicken. Truly disgusting--we ended up throwing out the whole order. Tried calling the store, no apology, just referred me to a website. Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT EAT HERE!'

Ordered at the drive through pulled through and no one came to the window for 7 minutes I pulled through again no one would answer at the drive through. So I parked and walked in and said hello excuse me 6 times to the worker and finally someone acknowledged me and said there’s one person working when I looked around there were about 5. I said I don’t mind waiting but it’s the fact no one acknowledged me. This place is trash and the food is trash.

Idiotic staff and they don’t care about mobile orders, you have to go and say your name to get into list and wait for your number.

Finally kemi useless employee made me to wait for 30 mins after giving the name and later asked to cancel my order.

And a staff member doesn’t speak English trying to fight with me

KFC used to be our childhood go-to fast food restaurant. Every weekend, without fail, we would go for an 8-piece bucket of extra crispy chicken with honey packets on the side.

After coming again today and breaking a 5+ year hiatus, we are sorely disappointed. The chicken was dry, stringy, and verging on burnt; the tenders were overwhelmingly salty; and the fries managed to be both chewy and tough. This was $25 for an 8-piece bucket… of which at least 2 large pieces were not edible. The tenders and fries were a free bonus from a T-mobile Tuesday deal, which sadly still could not make up for the rest of the meal.

KFC’s quality has fallen hard, what was once a family favorite is now a letdown. Would not recommend, will not be back.

One thing, bad service. VERY bad service. Firstly, I ordered a chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, and a Pepsi. You can't mess that up, I drive off, and then I look in the bag, 2 other people in the car got their food, including 1 extra chicken piece for some reason in 2 different containers, and there was no sauce, there was no mac and cheese, and NO SANDWICH! I don't know how you mess up so hard, and we drive back, tell the lady, and we get the bag, and the sauces, we got the sauces, and I look in, somehow NO mac and cheese, I drive ALL THE WAY BACK, go to the drive thru again, tell this lady about the mistake, and somehow she doesn't recognize the car after the car going in 2 times in a row, 3 times now. Went in line 3 times. It took about 30 minutes because of that mistake when they're about to close and cars come in fast. Finally get the mac and cheese. Thanks, kfc, and the staff.

I placed an online order for **12 Hot Wings, 12 BBQ Hot Wings, and potato wedges**. When I picked up my order at the drive-through, everything appeared correct. However, once I got home, I discovered that the **12 Hot Wings were missing**.

I immediately called the store to resolve the issue, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The person who answered the phone was **rude, dismissive, and unprofessional**. They would not provide their name, did not speak clearly into the phone, and were not helpful at all. Instead of addressing the missing item, I was told I would have to **drive back to the store**, which was not reasonable since I had just returned home from a long flight.

When I asked for a refund, I was simply given an **800 number** to call. This was very frustrating and showed a complete lack of accountability or customer care.

I paid for food I never received, and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. I will also be reaching out to corporate regarding this matter.

I ordered it for a late night snack, but the portions are too small, the chicken is tasteless, and never eat it. I regret it. It's tasteless

I don’t know what happened to the chicken but it’s seriously awful the last time I got it. The meat has a weird clammy texture. The skin feels like fried wax paper and not real chicken skin. The flavor has this ammonia like chemical smell. I feel like this might be the turning point in me becoming a vegetarian.

Thanks to these crew for dedicating their time to serving the community while everyone is enjoying 4th of July. I went in with my kids to order a family but end up getting a wrong order. I didn’t pay attention because the kids were with me. But they are very helpful and the way they handle complaints is very professional without showing any attitude. Thank you and for sure coming back to this location.
