I ordered the crispy 16 piece family meal with two mashed potatoes w/gravy, two mac-n-cheese and an order of 10 piece cherry pie poppers. I had to wait and agreed to waiting 15 minutes for my order at 4:20pm. My food came at 4:50pm then got my food. The young lady came out with my bags. I had two boxes so I figured one box was biscuits and the other was the cherry pie bites. The other box was empty. A bag with two each of potatoes and Mac-n-cheese. There was no gravy in the bag. I paid $57 and about 48 cents. I tried to call several times but no one answered their phone so I can rectify the issue. They used to be my favorite spot when coming home not anymore. It’s not worth going out anymore. Granted I only paid $7.48 out of pocket expenses but I’m upset thank you!
There were 3 kiosks for ordering. Very convenient. Service was fast. Dining was spacious and clean. Parking was free and plenty. Drive thru was available.

I placed two orders on Uber Eat, both ordering a box of fried chicken. But once the orders delivered, non of of the order have a single piece of chicken at all. Very very very disappointed.

Waited in line for about an hour and drive thru person was super mad with an disgusting attitude. Kept constantly nodding no for no reason. Not a welcoming environment tossed my food at me aswell as gave me cold food Maybe dont have employees that dont want to work here. Personally not coming back here.

Ordered online and picked up in store. The man behind the counter was so kind and really brightened my day. Food was fresh and hot. Really the 5 stars is for the employee who took the time out of his day to provide the customer service.

We ordered four sandwiches through DoorDash today, including two classic and two spicy. Unfortunately, they were all packed the same with no labels, signs, or markings to differentiate them. It would be much more convenient if they could at least mark the packaging so customers can identify what's inside without having to open each sandwich and inspect the ingredients layer by layer.

I wish I could give zero stars. EVERYTIME I come here and order on door dash, they mess up my order. KFC isn't cheap.... So when I pay 70$ for food, I expect to get good food and every single item I paid for........ DO BETTER PEOPLE. and stop trying to blame the Dasher. YOU pack the bag.... If you can't handle working at KFC .... Idk... Lol.
