Thanks to these crew for dedicating their time to serving the community while everyone is enjoying 4th of July. I went in with my kids to order a family but end up getting a wrong order. I didn’t pay attention because the kids were with me. But they are very helpful and the way they handle complaints is very professional without showing any attitude. Not recommended. I placed a mobile order and received a notification that it was ready. I came in and said, 'Can I pick up my order?' and pointed to the bag with my name on it. The employee turned around and walked away. I tried to get someone's attention for 10 minutes. Complete ignorance. Employees were assembling orders and ignoring me. The order wasn't ready when I arrived, but once it was ready, I had to wait 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention. With service like this, this is the last time I spend money at this establishment.

I ordered the crispy 16 piece family meal with two mashed potatoes w/gravy, two mac-n-cheese and an order of 10 piece cherry pie poppers. I had to wait and agreed to waiting 15 minutes for my order at 4:20pm. My food came at 4:50pm then got my food. The young lady came out with my bags. I had two boxes so I figured one box was biscuits and the other was the cherry pie bites. The other box was empty. A bag with two each of potatoes and Mac-n-cheese. There was no gravy in the bag. I paid $57 and about 48 cents. I tried to call several times but no one answered their phone so I can rectify the issue. They used to be my favorite spot when coming home not anymore. It’s not worth going out anymore. Granted I only paid $7.48 out of pocket expenses but I’m upset thank you!
