I love the Factoria KFC! The staff is always friendly, and they let you know about saving in different buckets if you are buying more than one bucket. The chicken is always spot on and delicious!
My encounter at KFC was marred by burnt chicken, disrespectful customer service, and a lack of basic accountability.Regrettably, the quality of the food fell far short of expectations. The chicken I received was not just overcooked but badly burned, rendering it inedible. It was a disappointing departure from the flavorful and tender chicken KFC is known for.Equally disheartening was the response from the manager "Rosa" when I called to express my dissatisfaction. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and empathy, the manager resorted to derogatory language, referring to me as "pendejo" in Spanish. Such behavior is not only unbecoming but also completely unacceptable in any customer service interaction.

The new self-service systems are awesome. Quick and easy service. Love whoever makes my Chicken Little orders wether they be original or spicy whoever makes them slathers them in mayo and I absolutely love it. The only caveat I have with this place is that we're never greeted in the establishment, even while standing at the counter, you have to make a conscious effort to get someone's attention.

I wish instead of rating KFC , I could suit they for treating my sister like a garbage. Today 12/13/2024 around 6:15 pm my sister went there to pick up delivery UBEReats. She used drive-through because it is cold outside. The lady asked her to come inside. My sister still did drive through to check the order maybe ready. They asked her again in a rude way “IT IS NOT READY! What don’t you come inside when we asked you earlier!” Despite the fact there was no car waiting behide my sister’s car. She went inside and they literally THROW the order into her face and said “HEY” , not even “here is your order,thank you coming!” There were many people and she felt embarrassed and left the KFC, and she said “thank you”! She already reported to UberEats about the incident! KFC manager do something to your employees …!!! Aswful place with awful customer service!!!

service was rude, my biscuit was uncooked and doughy which grossed me out, i asked for 2 biscuits and only got one, and the dr pepper had no flavor. i recommend going to a different kfc.
They remodeled and become much cleaner than before. The whole KFC menu improved and the taste is better than before. The current team here is overall good. The missing meal situations are much less happening. The staff here are friendly and very nice.

Not very good on my last visit chicken seemed uncooked except for the nuggets the nuggets were good and mashed potatoes but we got an 8 piece family meal and all the chicken ? seemed uncooked so I stuck it in the airfryer to save the dinner probably the worst I've had at Kentucky Fried
