After a long and arduous journey across this country, we walked into the welcoming and warm atmosphere of Kizuki Ramen where terrific Japanese beer and authentic ramen awaited us.
The pricing is great, the menu diverse. The only factor separating your being in a ramen shop in Japan is the Pacific Ocean.
Service here is excellent, food is prepared efficiently and with heart. Ingredients are solid as the number of local customers atest to.

I stopped by Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya for a quick lunch after shopping at Bellevue Square. I ordered their famous Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen with Pork Belly, and it was perfection in a bowl. The broth was incredibly rich and packed with flavor, no need to add a thing. The noodles struck that ideal balance, neither too soft nor too firm, just spot-on.
