** Update **BEWARE THE RESTAURANT MAY ALTER YOUR TIP AMOUNT WHEN CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD!When it first happened to me I thought they might make a mistake. Then the second time they altered the tip from 18% to 20%. Blatant dishonesty! I don't come very often, and this almost certainly should be a deliberate malicious act. Never happened to other restaurants. Diners, be careful! The best way to avoid being cheated is not to come to this restaurant any more!** Original review **Be aware it's not an authentic Japanese restaurant, as mentioned by other comments it's run by Koreans. Price is also slightly high.

No parking anywhere for pickup. It took me over 20 minutes to find a spot to pick up my order. Never ordering pickup there. The food was ok, the portions were smaller than other restaurants, the price was higher than other similar restaurants.

This has got to be one of the most disappointing experience I ever had. Knowing this place is a fusion place I was very excited about trying both Japanese and Koreans dishes. However, nothing stood out. Everything was just average. I had the curry katsu and fried chicken for my entrees. The curry was warm, mediocre taste at best, and the katsu wasn't cooked at the right amount of crispness hence it was a little hard to chew. I feel like they just heat up the curry and dump it to the plate because curry didn't look like it was freshly made. The chicken on the other side was just sad, I feel like eating plastic. The best part of skin was not there and the sauce just a regular sweet and sour sauce you can find everywhere. My girlfriend had the vegetable tempura and the soft tofu soup. The tempura feels like refried from previous night because the texture was very thick and the vegetables were onions potatoes and pumpkin. At least should have oyster mushroom or pepper... the tofu soup on the other end just feel like people threw tofu paste plus the salad that they served you. Overall, this place feels like they want to save cost. This was a very disappointing experience, if you want customer to come back, actually put in the effort in the quality of food. No comment on the service, it felt fine

Excellent, garlic-forward yakisoba noodles. Large bento box with juicy chicken. Service accommodating and friendly. Watch out for the bench when you open the front door.

I’ve been going here for more than 10 years. Really nice place. It’s had its ups and downs as management has changed over time, but they’ve kept it together. Food is great, the people are nice (especially if you have been going regularly). Atmosphere is cool.Overall a great place to eat at reasonable prices. Their delivery is great too!

Pretty good place, I ordered a katsu chicken combo with udon noodles. It wasn't bad; a lot of food though for one person. I would go again but get some sushi instead, that seemed popular among guests. Service was friendly.

I met a friend for dinner at Kobe recently and this was her pick. I got Prawn tempura and Spicy rainbow roll. I loved both the prawn tempura and the sushi roll. They have so many options and it was tough to pick what I wanted to have on my first visit. Will definitely be back to try other items.

Kobe Bellevue's charm went beyond the delicious ramen and crispy wings. The sushi rolls were fresh and satisfying. Our server treated our kids like royalty, patiently answering their questions and fulfilling their requests. While the chipped soup bowls and hazy water glasses might need some care and replacement, the warmth of the service and the happiness radiating from our kids made Kobe Bellevue a winner in our book.

Kobe is an Asian fusion restaurant that has Chinese, Japanese, Korean and other Asian influenced foods. Their menu is quite large because of the options too. Parking around here is usually in a garage for shopping malls. Inside they have about 2 dozen tables and some bar seating to watch the sushi prep. The staff are super nice and food comes out very quickly. Prices are a bit high (not Bellevue high though) but portion sizes are good. The taste is pretty good as well. Teriyaki is always a solid choice but their sushi is decent too. Overall a great place to get a lot of different types of foods. They have a Ramen eating challenge where you can win $100 gift card if you wat it in a half hour, but have to pay $50 if you give up. Being someone who can eat a lot of food in one sitting, I'd say I probably can't win this challenge so be weary out there.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sushi and the freshness of the fish. The hamachi nigiri in particular was great. It is hard to find good sushi at this price point!
