One of my favorite places for Japanese in Bellevue. Having lived in Japan for a few years, the Katsu Curry here takes me back to the wonderful dishes I had in Japan. Whenever I want that nostalgic feeling of eating in Japan, I head to Kobe, it takes me back to my home away from home.
Great place for sushi, bibimbap, ramens and lots more. Very friendly staff with good ambiance. Great for friends, colleagues, couples and family. Groups of any size. Might have to find street parking.
The sashimi is great, but the ramen challenge is a total scam. Not about the size of the bowl, but the ramen itself is all noodle and beansprouts with no protein at all. At the end of the challenge I'd rather eat the wasabi from the sashimi to have some flavor.
