Banco service and the ice creams are not tasty

Great ice cream place with plenty of indian flavors. Their kesar pista kulfi was amazing.
Highlight: it's not sugar loaded and has just the right amount of sweetness.

Love the taste. Must try their Gadbad ice cream and sugar free ice cream.

Chikoo is the best ice cream I ever had in my life. Seriously.

I love the rosewater ice cream but the chikoo flavor comes in very close!!!

We ordered gadbud ice cream and the service lady mentioned it comes with faluda and we are okay with that.
When we started tasting faluda it tasted like rotten smell and fruits got spoiled.
I never go to this place again !!!!!!
Also they have seethaphal ice cream but it tastes like so weird

While the ice cream flavors at Kwakiutl were undeniably delicious (my husband raved about the Tutti Frutti and Pistachio, and I loved the Butterscotch) and had the worst experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, we were told that the ice cream sample we were offered was the last one. This is completely unacceptable, especially for an ice cream shop! How can we possibly choose a flavor without tasting it first?
The staff member’s attitude was appalling. It completely ruined our evening. It's truly disappointing that such a great product is overshadowed by terrible customer service. I've never been to an ice cream shop that wouldn't let customers try before they buy. It's a basic courtesy that was completely disregarded. I will never return to this establishment and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Cute ice cream parlor with plenty of flavors to choose from including 6 types of kulfi, traditional Indian sweets flavors, many fruit and candy flavors. Loved the friendly customer service, different combo specials on the menu, icecream cakes, chai and coffee beverages and more.. Whichever flavor is appeasing to, there’s something for everyone!! Malai kulfi and butterscotch brought back old memories.. The space is small with limited seating but well maintained. Convenient location touching many common areas.

Please consider this over salt and straw or other trendy ice cream shops. This is real unique Indian flavored ice cream along with traditional options. There is something for everyone here!

Overall, a fairly decent Ice cream place. It had a lot of Indian-influenced flavors, with ingredients like pistachio and saffron, which are great. They also have Kulfi, which i didn't try this time, but happy to try next time. I got some pistachio flavor (sorry, I forget the name), and it tasted quite nice. They have a ton of flavors here, so I think I probably need another visit to fly try their other offerings. Overall, happy to go again!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by their policy of not offering any samples (Tasters) to help choose a flavor. I recently visited and was excited to try some new flavors. I understand policies can vary, but offering samples is a small gesture that makes a big difference in customer satisfaction.

Their rose flavor is amazing. Mango goes hard too
