Staff can get really rude when we ask for samples. They say we don’t give samples after testing a sample. They say we can give max one sample. How do we know that’s the policy without any sign or letting us know beforehand. How customer can decide which ice cream is good without the samples?

We got the limited edition mango and guava ice cream scoops with indian sauces and masala on it which tasted amazing.Highly recommend this if you are open to trying new tangy flavors.However, the staff seemed super frustrated when there were a bunch of customers trying to order which gives the wrong impression for this indian icecream store . Maybe they can work on staying calm in such situations.But highly recommend this place for its unique ice cream flavors
They are not using natural fruits. They are using fruit flavours. They are simply selling ‘indian ice-cream’ tag but tastes pathetic. Also they don’t let customers taste which is big ?

The.classics and beyond. This place had it all. Vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, kulfee, lychee, guava, rose petal, delicious filled with nuts, saffron and cardamom ice cream.All that we tried were excellent, though the youngster who got the candy one was disappointed to find that the candy was filled with fennel seeds. So beware. Can't wait to try more and worth the jaunt from Kirkland. Stayed to see an Irish band in Crossroads mall. "It was a very good day." My brother said. Yes. Yes it was.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free options.
We have visited today as part of valentine's day from long drive to Bellevue cross roads for Ice cream.. It was a fantastic experience with delighted flavours( Most Indian and classical) of ice creams.. Not able to choose which is the best flavour because of more icecream favours..We have the below from the bestFalooda Kulfi and Badshahi Falooda along with Guava Masala..Excellent service we got as we have called and asked them to wait till to reach will take 15 mins after they have closed ..Finally Recommended visit place for Icecreams..

Bad Kwality ice creams served! I would never step again in this store. We found worm in their Sitaphal Ice-cream which we had waited to so long to try. When reported the owner puts a comment saying not sure about where the worm came from! Are you serious! You think we customer have a worm cultivation at our house and using against your brand.NOWe liked your brand and have visited earlier. However recently the store and the quality have gone down.I hope others read this. For Owner - Be humble and improve your KWALITY!
