This food truck has amazing food quality. I was really surprised when I tried the tacos. The meat tastes fresh, and the flavor is unique and delicious. The customer service is excellent—both the cashiers and the cooks are super friendly. Without a doubt, this is a place I highly recommend. Come for the Baja fish tacos, stay for the good vibes on a sunny day! The people running La Chingona are super friendly, and the tacos are delicious. There are a few outdoor picnic tables in back where you can eat and listen to the great music they’re pumping on the speakers. I’ve loved their steak, cactus, and shrimp tacos but the Baja fish taco is my favorite so far. The horchata is also great. I cannot emphasize enough how friendly they are here and they’re happy to recommend...
Good mexican food from a truck. Looks ok. Clean surroundings. But can not confirm hygiene. Or cleanliness behind window, or inside truck. Friendly employees. Very expensive prices higher than mexican restaurants. Decent portions. But location is convenient. You order. You pay. They give you a pager that beeps when your order is ready for pickup
