One of the better hot pot places comparably to others in Bellevue. This is definitely NOT a vegetarian place, so vegetarian crowd should avoid.
Good portions for a group of 4 to feel filling. LOTS of meat options with 2 base variations. The toppings bar had very limited vegetarian options but had quite a lot of options to go with the meats. We chose medium and spicy bases with beef and pork meats.

Really like the new AYCE select option. Lots to eat for me as a pescatarian with the tofu, veggies, and fish balls. Nice value & service, only small complaint is that there’s a slight fly problem. There’s always 1-3 flies that we keep swatting away from our food. But overall great ambiance
