Legion Sports Bar

We wanted to love this place but it was just bad. We went on a Saturday and it was a ghost town. The wings had hardly any sauce on them and were extremely bland. The nachos looked like a 4th grader made them and the ground beef was not seasoned. Such a bummer.

We arrived and there was probably around 3-4 seated. It was pretty empty and no one was at the hostess stand. There was a sign that said seat yourself. We walked through and no one acknowledged us or greeted us. Most of the empty tables were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned up yet. Once we found a clean table, we sat down and we noticed that there only a bartender, a server and possibly a manager working and this is Valentine’s Day. The server was finishing up with a table next to ours, but didn’t even say hello when he was finished. We actually asked him if it was ok to sit there and he said yes and walked away. No hello or I’ll be back to help you. The bartender and the what I’m assuming was the manager looked at us but never said hello or anything. We sat there for almost 10mins confused since no one really acknowledged us and it wasn’t even busy. We decided that most likely we are not going to have a good experience and left. They watched us leave and I think the server was coming out with waters for us but not sure. They never said anything. It was really strange and I don’t see this place staying in business long if this is how it’s run. It was disappointing and I can see why they were the only place with availability on Valentines. I’ve worked in retail and the restaurant and it is so important to acknowledge people right away and communicate with them.

Not a good experience. Need new cooks and waitresses. The food portions are so small for the price. The drinks I had were horrible. The bartender definitely needs some lessons. The woman's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I can go on about more but won't. Took pics of all the unsanitary places!! Legion needs to do better that's for sure

Manny our server was way cool!! First time being here and he made our experience such a vibe we are definitely coming back. We plan to catch a night scene at the Legion and stay at a hotel close by to enjoy ourselves even more as long as Manny is our server!!!

We were in last night for R & B night and had a great time! Service was great and the food was delicious. My favorite was the Cajun pasta with shrimp. It was so good! The empanadas were great too. It was our first time here and we look forward to going back. Thanks!

We have NEVER had a bad experience here! The food is phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Kid friendly. And the staff is very experienced. The servers have always been very attentive. Desiree was handling a 7 top and at least 5 booths of people on her own with various other tables without breaking a sweat. Food came out fast. Minimal wait times on waters/ refills or anything whatsoever. Couldn’t speak more highly of this place. It’s a testament to proper management. Keeping a good staff like this is not always easy. If you haven’t been, you definitely should try it out.

Pathetic service and treatment. Waited for 45 mins and let everyone behind in line get into bar and said we don’t have space for us. Never ever we go to this place.

Great experience at Legion! Manny was an excellent waiter—friendly, attentive, and made the day even better. The atmosphere was perfect for watching playoff football, and we had a great time. Will definitely be back anytime we’re in Seattle!

To start that catfish was delicious. The food has soooo much potential but unfortunately ours came out very cold and bland. With the right chef they could make a world of difference in there! The service was great but overall we didn’t feel it was worth the $250 bill. We will be back to experience the atmosphere for a game but probally not for the food.
