The Apps were great. We got the Avocado Sandwich. It was delicious. The salmon bruschetta looked amazing too. Good selection of beer/wine. The main dishes were horrible. The grilled cheese sandwich with onions in the middle was dripping with oil/butter from the sauteed onions(it looked like something from a Gordon Ramsey episode where he yells at a chef for their food). The braised beef taco was terrible. The beef dry with a bad charred taste(I love BBQ, love a good braised, smoked, etc) but this was not. Was not much in the way of a sauce on the tacos. Two out of the three had almost none. The service was ok. It was not terrible at all. However, they add a 20% service charge onto your bill... And that showed. Again, it wasn't horrible service it just also was not near good. Some of the staff was really nice and engaging. Others were lethargic or uncomfortable. Although the beer and apps were great. I don't recommend this place for a full sit down dinner. Small selection of food and very poorly prepared/cooked.

The mac & cheese with the pork belly was delicious! I like mac & cheese that has a lot of sauce and this definitely met that standard. The chunks of pork belly added a perfect amount of flavor.

The food was good, the service was BAD. Had to ask about 3 times for basics. And they add 20% to each bill. How do they get away with that?

We ended up coming here randomly on a super late night date night. The staff both over the phone and in person were really helpful. We're not really grilled cheese and warm soup type of people but decided to get it anyway since thats their specialty. Surprisingly we really liked it given its something I would normally never order. I passed on the tomatoe soup but had squash/sweet potatoe or whatever it was that was the other option and it was pretty good. The bacon was SOOOO good. Overall we were really happy. It was quiet when we first arrived but the bar quickly got pretty crowded. The atmosphered upstairs seemed pretty cool. Again, not really our type of place but we REALLY enjoyed it for what it was when we came.

As hipster and "cool" as this place is, I hate to admit I actually like it. The food has been really tasty every time and I always leave full. The ambience is a dimly lit, unfinished warehouse, cement and metal yet cozy kind of vibe. Hard to describe but again hipster comes to mind. Service was OK, but again the food was really great. I've had both brunch and dinner here, and all choices were delicious. Fairly large portions, quality ingredients, interesting pairings. It's a solid date night or brunch choice in downtown Bellevue and we will be back!

While I was frantically searching for an open reservation on Valentine's Day, it was a sweet deal to find one here because I like the visual ambiance here. I specify visual because the olfactory ambiance could be better. It smelled like fried food. It wasn't super distracting at all, but as I sit here at home writing this, I can smell my hair. I really don't like to come home and have to wash every stitch of clothing immediately including putting my coat in the dry-clean pile after a meal. I'd expect it from the typical Asian open-cooking places and the Melting Pot, but not a place like this. Anywhoooo... I had a fish slider and a cheeseburger slider. Acceptable. My Chardonnay was good. The Popcorn, always a hit for me (this was my fourth visit, fourth popcorn order). My husband enjoyed his Elk Burger with egg and avocado. The fries were thin fries with that really crispy coating that taste like they were fried twice- kinda greasy but good for snacking. I had four paper menus to order off of. It was like I checked the mail and got a variety or sizes and colors of pamphlets in various flat and folded styles. Not a complaint- it was kinda funny searching around to find my chosen items from each one. The service was friendly and food turnaround was quick. Nobody asked if we wanted to order desert. I'm giving this two stars instead is three because the last time I was here my friend didn't like her order at all. Can't remember what it was, but it was comically bad. It was some type of salad. With all of this said, the cocktail and booze selection is very nice so I wok ld to argue if a friend booked us for a drink and some apps here.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere. Wasn't busy at all during lunch hour. Which was a surprise but since I don't like crowds it suited me just fine. Quite a bit of lettuce on the sandwich so not too easy to take bites.

Nice ambience and the service was good. We weren't blown away by the brunch. Nothing was bad, but no stand outs either. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for brunch, it's worth a shot.

Food - average (the kitchen made a ton of mistakes) Avocado toast - below average The tomato Benedict was good but the potatoes were undercooked The lentil hash was so so.. blend to say the least Location - fantastic Service - average (I guess the 20%) automatic charge means servers don't go above and beyond. Poor manager had to keep coming out to make sure things got done right. Kitchen was backed up and wait for food was crazy, and they kept forgetting things. Supervisor had to keep coming to tables to make sure people got what they ordered! Parking - nightmare! They validate but if you didn't know they did it can be a pain looking for one.

Came here for some drinks late on a Saturday. Every drink we ordered was great. The upstairs has lounge-style seating that's perfect if you're not interested in a full meal at a table. It's one of those places where it's dim for ambiance, so don't bring your grandma or parents here unless you want them to complain about how they can't see a thing... We didn't get any food, but I'll say that service was pretty slow. It was a good 15 minutes between when we ordered our drinks and when they finally showed up. The staff were nice though, and this is definitely going to become a regular spot for us!

Horrible service. Got there at 230 first drink at 338. Food at 421p are you kidding me????

The food and drinks were fantastic, but the service left much to be desired - especially because there's an automatic 20% gratuity. I think our server was overburdened with tables and/or was double sat. Hard to know.

Visited this restaurant for brunch this past weekend and was very happy with the food! The veggie scramble was awesome! Our server was really lovely too .. the upper level was packed and she was looking after several tables including a few large groups and did her absolute best to make sure we had what we needed.

Great causal location to grab a drink and or food. The restaurant is easy to locate from the street and there is free parking around the corner inside the building but space may be limited. You can have to have your ticket validated when you leave.

I will always love Lot 3- The atmosphere is cozy, right down to the comfortable leather chairs upstairs. They offer creative takes on favorite comfort foods (I am looking at you PB & J Sliders) and more. Also Lot 3 is one of the few places I know that has a Scotch, Whiskey and Bourbon menu. Bad day? Try a Giant Cinnamon Roll and maybe a glass of Woodinville Whiskey Bourbon. Perfectly lovely.
