I've been going back to them whenever I felt like having some roast ducks. But I might stop from now on. Bought a whole chubby one today, but felt the portion looking odd after I opened up the container. So I tried to go through each part of the duck. Then I found the majority of the thighs were missing. Don't they know that cantonese people can put a chopped duck or chicken back together? Anyway, gotta find a new place for roast ducks now.

Review on 2/19/2025 - the owner issued refund the day after. Looks like they truly valued their business by taking steps to respond and improve. Hopefully next time everything will be more on track.

Review on 2/17/2025 - I need a refund! Ordered 1lb Roast Pork. Worst Roast pork I’ve ever had. No crispy skin can be found! Just some fatty soggy pork pieces that looks like leftovers. Don’t buy!

They have a rewards system through Clover but none of the cashiers know how to use it so it's a waste of effort. Food is typical chinese bbq.

New shop, newly renovated building. Tried the soup noodles, and my parents bought roast duck here. The food quality is great, and the cashier said I could have free soup refills. I don't know if that will be a thing forever but it was very nice. The only complaint is the sliding doors let in lots of outside air and the rest of the area is still under construction. Definitely a spot to watch as it develops.

Ordered two meat combo with rice (BBQ pork and roast pork). Gave it 2 stars since they left out all of the crispy skin from the roast pork, which is the best part. Leaving out the skin from roast pork is basically a cardinal sin.

This is HALF a roasted duck. I thought the portion was too little but the person behind the counter told me that's how's it is. You be the judge. I'm never going back.

I had the same experience as others they keep some piece of the roasted duck when cut for you. Didn't realize that until I see so many similar reports here by other customers. Shame of such theft. Will never order from here again.

I highly suspect the shop keeps some portion when you buy a whole or a half duck and ask them to cut. This is theft.

Taste is okay.

Edit after owner reply: Obviously the cutting desk is invisible to customers unless I try to reach over. If next time I see owner corrects the desk setup so it is indeed as owner mentioned “nothing out of sight” so customers can see the whole portion is given to the customer, I am happy to come back and remove the comment.

As everyone was saying, they don't give you the full duck. Shops like this need to be shut down. And they are almost same price as the fancy restaurant next door.

After four years of eating double meals, the meat has become less and less and the rice has become more and more abundant.

I had several experiences when I ordered half duck where there were a few pieces missing. I think they kept those pieces for other individual meal orders. One solution is to ask them not to cut for you.
