KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) was spot on, wish they had more beer selection to go with my meal, Galbi- Jjim Bibimbap was good however everything was cold (including the rice and meat). Mama’s Kimbap was great too!The only thing that was a let down was the Korean army stew (Budae jjgae), for the price, there was absolutely no ingredients, barely any kimchi, or radish, 2 slice of spam, and 4 cut pieces of sausage, with 4 clumps of tiny meat balls, definitely not worth it.Parking: Complex has a small parking lot across from Factoria mall.
I visited Mama's Kitchen expecting a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in every aspect. The server was not only unprofessional but downright rude. He had an attitude from the beginning of him seating us rolling his eyes and looking elsewhere as he took our order. While the food was okay, I was disappointed to find a hair wrapped inside the chicken wing batter. When I chose not to leave a tip due to the lack of service, he made a scene by loudly yelling “thank you for no tip” in front of the whole restaurant and then proceeded to gossip with his coworker. Such behavior is unacceptable in any establishment. I would not recommend Mama's Kitchen to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience.

Stopped here for lunch since we were in the area and left fat and happy. Their katsu meal is delicious; my friend really enjoyed their katsu mayo. They have good lunch specials and a large menu. Definitely recommend!

I love the food at Mama's kitchen, but I feel like their staff isn't always the friendlest I'm not expecting them to smile and dying to be my friend but that least don't star daggers into me for coming to get my take out order. Or actually attending your tables.I came one day with my siblings, and we were having a good time. The server looked inconvince already as he pointed at a table, we walked over and were told it's an online menu and were just handed cups and the water pitcher. We looked at the menu for 5 minutes, decided on an order, but waited another 10 to order. We got our food and had a good time, then we just sat waiting for our waiter to come back with our bill so we could leave. Eventually, a different server did approach us, gave us a new water pitcher and our bill. This is just the most recent example. I've come other times where they've commented on if my dad and I were gonna leave a mess, and we looked dirty. Others finding it odd that a little kid was paying for a grown adults meal as well as other unpleasant comments. I've never really seen this treatment displayed with other customers, so maybe I'm just too sensitive, but I'll probably only do take out orders as the hostility just ruins the food.

This place is definitely quality over quantity and price to match. Their kimbap is the best thing on the menu especially the tuna one. With that said some food is kind of average like I'm not sure what the tteokbokki is made with. It's quite bland, but at least it's presented really nice.I've never had best experience dining-in the place is always busy and getting sat down and eating is very busy experience. Given their menu I'd actually recommend getting it taken out and going on a picnic.

Pretty good. Sometimes the place smells like a bathroom. Kimbap, fried chicken, spicy meat, and soups are all great. Japchae was very oily and not that great. Awesome that it's open late.

Very disappointing. I ordered and waited for 15 minutes. Food came in a take out container. I didn't complain. The waiter came to me and told me I should not eat here since it is takeout. I never asked for takeout, though, and I paid 18% tips. I told him it was your fault, and he was just grumpy. I told the guy I would just leave as I was very annoyed by his attitude. His response was ok go and never come back here. I don't recall meeting a rude person like him over the past 10 years I have been living in this area. I was excited to try their food, but they earned this review by their actions.

Clean, small, relaxed. Nice spot for a casual dining experience. We got the seafood pancake, japchae, kimbap, and korean fried chicken with the honey and jalapeño mayo flavours. The jalapeño mayo fried chicken seemed to be new and was pretty good. The flavor was nice and it wasn't too spicy. The kimbap was really nice and didn't resemble the frozen ones you normally see. The added sesame seeds on top was nice. The seafood pancake looked like it was fried in panko which made it nice and crispy which I though was a unique twist. The japchae was also pretty good and the noodles were not overly sweet and thick.
