Incredibly rude staff at this location. I received overcooked fries that were dry and tough. The rude female worker exclaimed "Well, what do you want me to do? Go to another McDonald's then". Other McDonald's locations have happily replaced poorly cooked fries. Not this one! I definitely will not be returning to this location.

I placed an order on the app for a free breakfast burrito and bought a coffee, I also asked for some utensils bc those were more important to me than the food (trying to make struggle meals mcdonalds is too rich for my blood). They said you have to BUY THE PLASTIC UTENSILS FROM THEM or buy pancakes. I explained the main reason I placed the order was for the coffee and at least a single plastic knife and she closed the window, came back a minute later with my food then immediately closed the window again. Shouldn't have gone, should've just spread my pb&j with my fingers like I have to do anyway now.

My family and I have been regular customers at this location for a long time... is first time in my life like this situation..today I paid for my order online.. After which I was greeted by a worker(she) dressed in a blue shirt, who reproached me with a rude face and told me to pay her an additional $1 for the sauces I ordered... How strange if the transaction was already done online, please take measures to keep customers... But you can fire this corruption worker…

This is 1 of the worst McDonald's around The FishFile it's very dry...No Mayo what so ever in that bun...it tastes like Cardboard I don't think I will go there anytime soon

I was trying to place an order, but due to a slow internet connection and a system glitch in the app, two identical (duplicate) orders were placed. When the food was delivered to my table, I was confused. I checked the app and discovered the error. I spoke to the staff about a refund, but the manager insisted I had already received the food. However, I hadn’t touched the second portion. I returned the food to the staff, but they still refused to refund me.
I love McDonald’s and will definitely order again, but I’m disappointed with the customer service at this store. The staff seemed greedy over just $12.64. Fortunately, my bank stepped in to protect my rights. Pictures showing the food returned and the refund issued by the bank, not the restaurant.

Been here a hundred times over the years, always been above average. Today (Jan 18, around noon) I went through the drive through and they were clearly very busy. I ordered 2 mcdoubles, 10 nuggs, and water. I'm spite of how busy they were, the lady on the intercom informed, after I ordered, how the 2nd mcdouble is half off, then asked me for a sauce for the nuggs, then asked if the water was a bottle or glass of water. I don't think anyone has ever been that thorough before, at any McDonald's.
As I drove away I overheard the other intercom worker, also very well spoken, thorough and professional, a young male. The young male was the one at the payment window and the lady was at the 2nd window. The young man did repeat the order to me at the window but left out thhe nuggs accidentally (the order was still correct in the end, he seemed new).
Overall it seems like this location is perfectly managed.

Very bad service attitude! I ordered a hot cup of coffee, she brought me a cold cup of coffee with ice, when I showed my order, she ignored my order and demand, and just left! This discriminatory attitude is unacceptable to me! I never want to go to this store again!

Date 10/11/2024 I order my food 2:45pm got my food at 2:51pm my food got to my table and it was cold after i went to them said like it looks ok to me and making fun of it in Spanish I politely came out from the store guy came out from the store and taking pictures of my car and I asked him why ur taking picture of my he abused me I send 18.71cents they refused to refund I left the there name of lady who refused refund is Jessica the guy who took pictures and threatened me and abused I dnt no his name…. This place is mess
