I paid $10 dollars for a burger, they cooked a burger with a plastic 🤣 and the employee was very rude when informed her, instead of apologizing, she was acting such mental illness 🤣

The Hispanic lady that works there with the teeth is very rude slamming the slide door in my face I’m getting in contact with the corporate because that was very disgusting had no sympathy for giving me frozen cold burned food then only replaces one of my McChicken’s because I didn’t bring it back. OK that’s a food safety. You can’t even do that in Washington stop serving people cold and burnt food then they wouldn’t have to keep complaining the people that work there are just rude all in all wouldn’t go to this McDonald’s

This McDonald’s does not have linked payment set up so I can’t use my McDonald’s app rewards or redeem any Monopoly food deals.

Do not come here if you want to use any rewards from your app. Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve come to this one and it is down. Please fix this issue.

The male manager is very rude. I cannot order the meal by table number at 10:30pm inside the restaurant
So I ordered it by drive thru and showed them the order code inside the restaurant. He told me order it use drive thru instead..... As the management, he is really impolite.👎

I placed and paid for order #1663 through the McDonald’s app, but due to a system error, it asked me to speak with staff to pick up my order.

A woman named Maria (wearing glasses) was completely unhelpful and seemed unaware of how to handle app orders. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly unwilling to assist. When I asked to speak to her manager, she laughed, said it was useless, and turned to chat and joke with her coworkers in Spanish.

Another woman then came over, claiming to be the manager, but she was equally arrogant and made no effort to solve the issue or train her employee. In the end, I paid for my food but received nothing.

This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had, and both the staff’s behavior and lack of basic training were unacceptable.

Really bad service. I waited 25 minutes for a coffee, even though I ordered it online. I had to go back and get my coffee because they didn't even remember my order.😡

I placed a mobile order i went to pick it up. Didn't see it on the counter. The employee said I placed it to the wrong store. I thought I genuinely did place it to wrong store so I asked to be recharged for my order so I can get it at the bellvue location. Shortly after paying again I noticed it was indeed the correct store. The female emypee with no name tag on tattoos on her arms Hispanic called me a liar in her words claiming I showed her a diffrent order. Which I just pulled up from the app it eas not diffrent. Employee then walked away claimed she can't find my order in the system at all and still double charged me. She then spoke Spanish to her co workers about me and all started laughing. Not only did I get called a lair Employees exact words, got made fun, double charged, cherry on top soda was out of syrup didnt want to go back to get soda fixed. Emypees are 100% unprofessional.

Truly a hidden gem in the heart of the Bellevue community. The customer service is off the charts good and these people have a deep rooted connection in their customers. I show up every morning for my diet Dr Pepper (with the occasional sausage egg and cheese McMuffin of course) and I’m greeted with a smile. They don’t make quality, high class McDonalds like these any more.

I'm not sure if theres staff shortages or what but if you order anything more than one item they make you go wait in a takeout spot. They absolutely love making you wait in a takeout spot. 2 hamburgers? Takeout spot. Sandwiche AND fries??? Takeout spot. It's ridiculous. There will literally be no one else in the drive thru and they still make you pull around the entire building to wait in a pickup spot.

For some reason, the screen didn't show the order like it usually does in the drive-through. They got our order wrong, super wrong, we had to go back, and they didn't believe us. We were a upset, and they were rude.
Zero stars. I want a refund.
