Waited at drive thru for 20 minutes on a Sunday. Ladies mic kept cutting up and making an awful sound. Second lane was closed so the line streatched out to the road. I was asked if i was using the mobile app and then immediately after was asked to wait. Proceeded to sit there for 5 minutes till she came back. Once through, waited another 3 minutes at window for my food once i got to the window. This time they didn't forget anything which i appreciate. But my lunch was half way over by the time I returned to work.

Closed early. Frustrating when you drive out of your way and nothing else is open. Drive thru clearly supposed to closed at 12 AM. They decided to close an hour early I guess.

Took over 10 minutes just to order out food and then once we were at the window it took over 20 minutes to get our food. On top of that the staff blamed us for the confusion. To make matters worse once we had arrived home we found that our order had been completed completely wrong with our plan sandwich’s having a nasty sauce on them. I will not return to this McDonald’s again

Old cold burger and fries and the McFlurry was just frozen yogurt with Oreos sprinkled on top, not even mixed slightly and for $4. This place is a joke.

So far, so good. I have been here multiple times. All different times of day. When they are slow and when they are in a rush. They have gotten my order correct almost every time. Only once did they make a mistake by me missing a single burger. I went in and explained, and they gave it to me right away.

I called after I went through the drive through that My order was wrong. I had already left and just wanted to get the price updated but the second I started talking about how the order was wrong, they hung up on me, the went I called back 6 times they didn’t answer the phone.

Worst customer service

Incredibly rude staff at this location. I received overcooked fries that were dry and tough. The rude female worker exclaimed "Well, what do you want me to do? Go to another McDonald's then". Other McDonald's locations have happily replaced poorly cooked fries. Not this one! I definitely will not be returning to this location.

I placed an order on the app for a free breakfast burrito and bought a coffee, I also asked for some utensils bc those were more important to me than the food (trying to make struggle meals mcdonalds is too rich for my blood). They said you have to BUY THE PLASTIC UTENSILS FROM THEM or buy pancakes. I explained the main reason I placed the order was for the coffee and at least a single plastic knife and she closed the window, came back a minute later with my food then immediately closed the window again.
Shouldn't have gone, should've just spread my pb&j with my fingers like I have to do anyway now.

My family and I have been regular customers at this location for a long time... is first time in my life like this situation..today I paid for my order online.. After which I was greeted by a worker(she) dressed in a blue shirt, who reproached me with a rude face and told me to pay her an additional $1 for the sauces I ordered... How strange if the transaction was already done online, please take measures to keep customers... But you can fire this corruption worker…

The FishFile it's very dry...No Mayo what so ever in that bun...it tastes like Cardboard

Greedy Business Owner

I was trying to place an order, but due to a slow internet connection and a system glitch in the app, two identical (duplicate) orders were placed. When the food was delivered to my table, I was confused. I checked the app and discovered the error. I spoke to the staff about a refund, but the manager insisted I had already received the food. However, I hadn’t touched the second portion. I returned the food to the staff, but they still refused to refund me.

I love McDonald’s and will definitely order again, but I’m disappointed with the customer service at this store. The staff seemed greedy over just $12.64. Fortunately, my bank stepped in to protect my rights. Pictures showing the food returned and the refund issued by the bank, not the restaurant.
