My scone was delicious and the cappuccino was great. Very busy place and a little noisy could use more seating.

I have been going to mercury coffee for so long ..they continue to raise prices ..at this point I have to say enough is enough .I know what is cost to produce a cup of coffee .I must find another place .yes things are going up but mercury coffee should also absorb so of that cost because coffee bean cost will come down . The government just took tariffs off coffee imports Friday

Bellevue people sure love to overcrowd places, if you don’t mind waiting 30 minutes for a coffee this is the place for you, taste is great I do love the food. Employees are all friendly and it seems to be properly staffed However, sometimes when you go to the pick up line staff members won’t ask you if they can help you they’ll just kind of stare at you so I wish they were a little more vocal at times
The food is always good here, but they work so fast that my orders have been increasing more messed up each time. It is disappointing because I view eating here as a treat as it’s more expensive.
I asked for my sandwich to be cold, which was noted on the receipt but they still put it in the oven. Additionally, I got the sandwich meal and it came with macaroni salad - the container was not even a third full.
Note that the food is actually really good, but the service quality has definitely come down

All I know is I’m pissed… my New Year’s resolution was to start bringing more home lunch to work, until I stumbled upon this gem just minutes from my office. I stopped in to grab a coffee for my coworker one day and was delightfully surprised to find that they offer WAY more than just coffee. Of course I had to try a veggie quiche while I was here and it was delicious! Plus it came with a little salad. And most of the ingredients are organic??? I’m sold.
So, consider last night’s lasagna for lunch tomorrow’s problem because writing this review made me hungry & I’m on my way to grab another quiche & parfait.

Stopped by on a Saturday and had the worst coffee experience ever. I ordered a plain croissant and two lattes. The croissant came quickly, but I then had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the coffees to be made. Now, perhaps this would be somewhat justifiable if the coffees were made expertly with an espresso machine, but no, they were made with those coffee-making machines you might see in an airport lounge. It took no skill and I literally could have made it myself on one of those machines. Why have baristas at all? So disappointed.
To top it all off, my croissant wasn't flaky or fluffy like you'd expect a fresh croissant to be. In fact, it tasted like something you would have bought on bulk at Costco.
Super disappointing and I will never be back here again.

I spent about $400 a month at the mercury coffee at Bellevue City center.
I stopped going to Starbucks cause the service and employees at Mercury was better then today July 20,2025 i had the unfortunate privilege of dealing with Chelsea a very rude employee there. She told me i couldn't talk to a worker about drinks are food cause they were trying to work so i guess customers are not a priority to her.
I now loaded $400 on my Starbucks card cause i will never go to mercury coffee again and if you read this you wouldn't want to go either
