Dan Gui Sichuan Cuisine Reviews
There are a handful of restaurants that I’d seriously vouch for in Seattle/Bellevue - Dan Gui is definitely top of the list.
I don’t think I have any notes. The food was phenomenal. Everything was made with intention to perfection - the spicy pork, the tofu, and the green beans. The tofu with crispy skin and a soft filling inside was just too good. The portion was very generous, and even when I thought I overate, the food went down really well. Service was a bit slow, but the food was very good. We had the dry hot cauliflower and cumin lamb, which were both delicious. Most things on the menu are spicy, so not recommended for people with low spice tolerance.
The food is much better than I thought, staff are very nice too. Large portion and fair price. Highly recommend

Dan Gui Sichuan Cuisine offers tasty Sichuan food, with standout dishes including cumin lamb, boiled fish, and dan dan noodles. The portion sizes are generous, and the restaurant serves hot and well-prepared dishes. The service is generally good, and the location is convenient. The Sichuan food is mostly excellent, though the kung pao dish may not meet expectations for authenticity. The employees are always friendly, even for takeout orders, and the food is consistently phenomenal. While some customers with low spice tolerance may find the spicy dishes not to their liking, the sweet and sour pork is a popular option. Overall, Dan Gui Sichuan Cuisine is a good dining option with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
