Good was decent overall, and the pork dish was good. The other dishes were pretty mediocre and I didn’t enjoy the fish sadly.
Atmosphere was decent but they had a policy where bigger groups had to pay over 200$ which was a bit disappointing.

Really excellent family-style, big portions.
Will update my rating to 5 stars if they bring back the Hunan-style braised pork with bean paste. Loved it the first time I came through and was sad to see it struck off the menus on my return

There are a handful of restaurants that I’d seriously vouch for in Seattle/Bellevue - Dan Gui is definitely top of the list.

I don’t think I have any notes. The food was phenomenal. Everything was made with intention to perfection - the spicy pork, the tofu, and the green beans. The tofu with crispy skin and a soft filling inside was just too good. The portion was very generous, and even when I thought I overate, the food went down really well. Quality...
