My son participated in the Washington State Music Educators Association All-State Concert last night. There were several major issues that made this venue challenging. Upon arriving to the parking garage, they only had one lane open and they were collecting money as you entered slowing the entry down. Then, only one of the two elevators was working. My mother is in a wheelchair and we had to wait several times/cycles to get on as it was full already coming from a lower floor....read full review
