Come on, Yelpers, this 3.0 average rating is a bit harsh for the Bellevue Square location. Midnight Cookie has been around this region for many years now. The first location I visited was Fremont (4.2 average rating). The second location is downtown in Pacific Place (4.4 rating). Then I tried Kirkland (3.8 average rating) and Redmond (4.5 average rating, this location replaced Cow Chips). And then there is Bel Square at 3.0. Eyebrow raising emoji... What is wrong? I got a latte and cookies n' crème cookie from here. The latte was really good and it felt like they had used high-quality coffee and almond milk to make it. The cookie was also really delicious. It had a soft texture and it was pretty thick. Personally though, I still prefer Insomnia Cookies because they have more vegan flavors, and the cookies have a more interesting texture (crisp on the outside and soft on the inside) and are lighter/thinner, making for a nicer snack. The girl who helped me was super nice! The counter is hidden on the third floor away from the other food and stores so it was a bit hard to find. Their smores cookie was ok, not bad not great. It's near the mall's indoor playground for children so I took it to go.
