Overall a decent meal. Tiny portions with huge prices. Uni roll my wife ordered (a single tiny roll) was outstanding in flavor, very fresh. the TOTS had good flavor and gave us about a spoonful each. With those two, another roll, the bill was over $150. Forced tips of course meant terrible service as is becoming more prevalent.
An authentic Japanese restaurant serving traditional dishes. Lunch is more reasonably priced, although it’s still Bellevue pricing. Please don’t compare it to the prices in Japan. Good food, service, and atmosphere. They validate the parking in the basement of the building.
This is my favorite restaurant in Bellevue. If you’re traveling for work, but looking for something less corporate feeling, a restaurant with a soul, this is the spot. The service is fantastic. Every dish is carefully crafted. The ingredients are high quality. Even the plates are beautiful. I highly recommend this place.
