You will get a poke bowl for $19 that comes with 1/2 of other poke shops in Bellevue, with minimum 20% Tip option. Not worth the price.

Some of the weakest poke I’ve had. Stopped while on a trip based on the reviews. Small portions, weak selection, and generally lacking flavor. Spicy tuna looked and tasted like it came out of a can. Way overpriced for what you get.

The tofu was completely unmarinated, which made it tasteless, especially when it's served cold like this. The toppings are mediocre. The cost is pretty high, which makes sense given mall rent but the quality can't justify it. At least the salmon looked very fresh even if that's not what I got.

Placed my order online so I don’t have to wait in the cold for the food to be maid. Came to an empty stand. The person on shift was hiding in the back so I had to call in somebody. He did not know I placed an order as his iPod was off. He saw the ticket and started to make my order. Took him 5min to make my order. I probably received 5 edamame with my order and a big chin I of ginger. Should have been the opposite. So I’m any ways I ended up waiting in the cold for my order, the food is good but I will eat there again. The person apologized when giving me my order, which I appreciate. However it’s not enough as it’s defeats the purpose of ordering ahead (the place had no lines) I almost asked him to give me a refund instead of making my food…

My wife and I have been coming here for years and it’s our favorite poke spot. The fish is almost always spot on and the one time it wasn’t, they made sure to remediate the situation without any hassle. Most of the staff are friendly, but special kudos to Leo for going above and beyond with his customer service!
