We had a great experience at Monsoon in Bellevue! We started with the Sayulita cocktail, a Hazy IPA, and the Imperial Roll lettuce wraps. All of them were excellent. But honestly, the service was even better.

Monsoon Bellevue delivers a stylish, modern Vietnamese dining experience with a menu that feels both familiar and elevated. The space itself is sleek and intimate, with warm lighting and a clean, contemporary layout. We went there for brunch and ordered Bahn Mi, Pho Bo, Combination Pho and Bahn Xeo. The choices were all excellent. Dishes were plated beautifully, and the flavors lean toward refined versions of classics. There were fresh herbs, balanced sauces, and thoughtful presentation....
