Monsoon bellevue is definitely a must for brunch. The interior of the restaurant is very nice and clean. The food is very authentic during brunch with selections like congee, banh xeo, pho and dim sum. The food was good but the service really tied our experience all together.
We were greeted by a very kind and patient server who warmly welcomed and accommodated to our specific needs. She simply seemed happy to help which we appreciated. Great service Jade.

I liked their catfish as it was pretty good and very unique since I have never had catfish before. It was melt in your month tender.
