This is my go to boba place when I lived in the Bay Area. I’m so happy that they opened a branch in the Seattle area and everything tastes just as good. Their popcorn chicken is the best!! Juicy, crunchy, lots of flavor! It’s a must-try. Their other snacks are delicious as well. I’m also a fan of their rose milk tea and strawberry milk tea. It’s definitely a solid place to get boba and snacks. Not to mention the excellent customer service! Only thing I would suggest is to add more colorful and fun decor to the white walls. I remember the Bay Area branch having plants and posters for decor which gave the place a happier and more lively feel. Regardless, I will be back soon!Kid-friendliness: Saw many kids there. They love the drinks and snacks.

I had the sweetest experience this evening. My Boba barista was very kind and asked me about my day. I received the passionfruit smoothie with lychee jelly and Boba – it was delicious. They use nondairy creamer for the smoothies. Great place to have a smoothie Boba and walk around The mall.

ordered the popcorn chicken, the chicken without basil leaf, the flavor becomes very plain. I don't know why sometimes there is basil leaf and sometimes not. And ask for spicy, is not spicy enough compared to the past.

We loved working with Kimberly for our wedding! She is so sweet and so much fun to work with. She was able to adjust the boba to our liking with sweetness, ice, and dairy restrictions. She also built a custom boba wall for us and we were able to get customized stickers for the boba cups. Kimberly did a great job communicating to us regarding what we wanted. She is really passionate about what she does and the boba and mango pudding was such a hit at the wedding.
