Started with wasn't sure we would like it until the first taste then it's omg it's so good. Huge portions. The ladies behind the counter are very courteous and gives great recommendations. We will definitely come back for the really tender pork belly and small ribs.

The atmosphere is bare-bones, but clean and friendly. We ordered the large pork belly and short rib combo to split between two people and were not prepared for the absolute feast we received! The sides and dessert were delicious and the main dish tasted like home-cooked comfort food. Tender meats and huge chunks of vegetable in a savory broth really hit the spot on a cold and soggy day. Bellevue's Chinese cuisine gets better every year, and this is an amazing addition that has a lot of less common dishes I haven't seen prolifically elsewhere. I suspect it's not to every westerner's tastes, but if you're into new foods, they're not kidding about the 'comfort food that still seems high quality' vibe. Small space for dining in, which is mildly a shame because I suspect most of their food deserves to be eaten immediately, but...
