Finally managed to visit MTR. It's been 20 years since I last visited any MTR, so likely forgot the long lines, a no frills service (take it or leave it) that I was used to back then in blr. The taste buds struck the tune immediately. Closest to a blr eatery I have had in ages. I had not realized I had moved on from such benne feast. The food was definitely good but it’s definitely not worth the time and money .We were 3 people, ordered 3 dishes as per our individual likings but they served those 3 dishes almost at the intervals of 15-15 mins so we ended up sharing 1dish and then wait for the next

Mediocre Tiffin Room - I had mini meals here. There was puri with no side dish and pulao with no raita. They do not give refills for anything (sambar, vegetables, kutu) even if you pay more. For the high price this felt like a let down. Can try once or twice if you get cravings for south indian food.
