My husband and I went to Bellevue Square location this morning. Doug behind the counter made our day with his expertise, knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personality. We have been using nespresso original over 2 years and recently purchased the Vertue Next so we were not familiar with the new pod options. Doug took the time the explain and made us aware of new flavors . We have been to various nespresso boutiques globally ( Valencia Spain, Porter Ranch , CA, Istanbul Turkey ) the service we receive at the Bellevue location was above and beyond !! Thank you Doug !! We will be back

I’ve been a loyal Nespresso fan for over 7 years and own a machine at home, but this is actually my first time leaving a review, because this visit truly deserves it.
The Nespresso store at Bellevue Square has always had good service, but during my recent visit on 7/10 evening ( Thursday, around 7pm), the service was exceptional. Despite the store being busy with several groups waiting for complimentary coffee tastings, the staff remained attentive and friendly.
One staff member in particular, Jax, stood out. He was quick, professional, and made me feel seen even in a crowd. After helping a group of 4–5 people, he turned to me right away and asked what I was looking for. I asked about the new Blue Bottle crossover coffee and whether it was the same as last year’s (which wasn’t quite to my taste). He let me know it was different this year and offered me a sample of the new “Nola” blend, which I ended up loving!
Jax and another team member (whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask) made the whole experience personal and enjoyable. We even chatted a bit about coffee and other things while I sipped. It was a small moment that made a big impression.

Love it! This place is a life saver when you run out of coffee. Let's be honest Nespresso use the WORST shipping company ever and getting your pod's on time can be hit or miss.

I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years because I have consistently had issues ordering online. The staff here are amazing especially Jorge! He always gives me his recommendations on how to enhance coffee flavors and reminds me of the seasonal flavors and what flavors are coming out soon. The staff is knowledgeable on the coffee and they all seem happy to help their customers.

The Bellevue Nespresso Boutique is a great little oasis to refill your Nespresso supply. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. You can always try different Nespresso flavors with exception being some premium limited editions. It’s a shame that so many people are ranting about the online ordering on this site, this location does a great job. I’ve been a Nespresso consumer since 2012; to our household it’s the best. I included my Nespresso inventory, I replace that 4 times a year. See you soon! ?

This is specifically for the Nespresso boutique at Macy's in Bellevue. Every time I come here, the staff is super attentive, offer samples of any coffee and are knowledgable about the pods and machines. This is the level of customer service I wish I recieved everywhere.

This is about trying to purchase throug the Nespresso website. The company has a number of machines. The pods for these machines are not compatible. Their website only sells pods for their most current Vertuo machine. I talked to their live chat to find the pods my machine requires. It was. an appalling hassle. He never did answer my question. The Nespresso customer service (both online and at Bellevue Square) is terrible. I have had trouble getting the right pods and exchanging for the correct pods both from Nespresso and the Boutique in Bellevue Square at Macy's.

Last month on 3/10 I was interested in purchasing some Nespresso products and was spoken to by a gentleman who asked if we'd like to sample their coffee. We asked the flavor, and if it was naturally flavored or not. He proceeded to tell me that it's artificial flavored because "of course there is no maple syrup or pecan pieces in the pod with the coffee" and that it's impossible to flavor coffee truly naturally with such ingredients but that the artificial flavor is very natural and to not worry about it.Having been told such, I simply walked away from such nonsense. I'd recommend a different script for the employees. If it's artificial, just say so. Don't make up lies insisting it's impossible to naturally make.
