Hands down the best meal delivery service out here! When you think of "meal prep" you think of cardboard-like tasting food. Well, this is far beyond any meal prep company. I would much rather compare it to a high end meal service. They are local and use fresh organic veggies, local ingredients, pasture raised, grass fed, organic meats. Their food is amazing, very tasty and flavorful! They provide very unique dishes, from different types of cuisines you won't ever be bored with the same menu constantly. Some weeks there are repeats but for the most part there is always something new! You can pick up from their kitchen or have it delivered to your home. I have been using their services for years now and one thing has always remained - the quality and freshness of their food. Saves me so much time and money! Definitely check them out!

Tried the food delivery service this week and I'm a fan! Really appreciate the quality of the indigence in each dish. The portion size is generous as well. So far my husband and I have had the Spanish Meatballs, Beef Curry, Chicken with Veggies and they're all pretty darn good and we love knowing we're eating clean, local meat & veggies. Will definitely order again and love that we're supporting a local small business.

What's not to love about real Paleo food, delivered right to your door, pre-portioned & ready to eat?! No do-it-yourself necessary. OTB has added so much back to our lives in the time we save prepping & cooking for not all that much more than your regular (organic) grocery bill. A true life saver.

My husband and I just received our 4th delivery tonight. We are conscious and picky of everything we eat.We decided to give OTB a try and it is worth it. Sometime 2013 or 2014 at the University Farmer's Market, I saw their food truck , I first experienced their great customer service and the beef or pork brisket was so good. ( I just found out through their website that the guy who took my order is one of the owners. As supporters of small businesses which cater for healthy eating, we will definitely patronize OTB for a long time. OTB is the real deal when it comes to a clean, healthy diet without sacrificing the flavor.

Food is just okay, and they have a complete lack of customer service. I have ordered from them for a long time, but when they do not respond to inquiries for over two weeks it is hard to work with them. Once they get some competition in the market I am sure their service game will step up.

One of the new food trucks I tried last week inside North Creek area. I didn't know what to expect. I wanted to order chicken but chicken was sold out. Between pork and beef, I chose beef, a chilli entree. They didn't keep me long. The chilli was indeed tasty. Love the spice. Since it's paleo style, no corn bread or cheese. So, it can be a bit weird. Although, I would really love to try the chicken :-)

Delicious! I just ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala from their food truck and stoked on how good it is. It's served with vegetables like carrots, zucchini and possibly cabbage? Perfectly cooked! The veggies still have a good crunch to them, but aren't raw, and the sauce is insanely bomb. Definitely will stop by again.

We just received our first delivery 30 minutes ago, and have already finished a meal, a muffin, and now here I am rushing to leave this review. We are very picky about what we eat (both flavor and nutrition) and decided to give OTB a try, and I'm so glad we did! We ate the Roasted Pork Loin with Maple-Mustard Glaze with roasted beets and swiss chard, and it tasted like it was just prepared in our kitchen--so fresh! The Orange Pumpkin Cardamom muffins are soft, moist, and taste clean--not oily or too sweet--and I can't wait to put them ALL in my belly this week. We're so excited to try the rest of the meals we bought for this week, and are anxiously awaiting this week's menu to be emailed so that we can put in another order. Outside the Box is definitely a game changer for us. Thank you Chef Marizel and team!

Delicious paleo meals served up quick. OTB visited my company's campus today and I'm sure glad they did. I ordered the pork and greens. The dish is as simple as its title and served in a take-away soup container. The collard greens are well prepared and the pork is tender. I'll be on the lookout for this truck on their next visit.

My taste buds just can't believe this delicious, nutritional goodness. My husband placed an order in and we just got our delivery meals on monday evening, I absolutely love it, but as a pescetarian doing the paleo diet i have been cooking the fish apart and adding to the delicious vegetarian side dishes that comes with while husband is taking over the meaty ones. I am very happy we gave it a try and we are looking forward to placing another order soon. If you are debating about trying, please go ahead. I am such a picky eater and so far i loved everything I've tried.

Paleo enthusiasts, get excited! Having adapted the 80/20 Paleo lifestyle over a year ago, I can tell you that Outside the Box is a game changer because it's: 1. Affordable 2. Convenient 3. Healthy 4. Yummy 5. Good for you 6. Exciting 7. I can 8. Go on 9. And on 10. And on I use Outside of the Box as a weekly delivery service on occasion; for instance when I travel. Well knowing there are no vegetables in my fridge because I've been gone too long, I order on a Thursday and get a front door delivery by dinner time the following Monday. The online ordering is awesome, and they rotate their menu often to keep things interesting. Each meal is a super filling one portion, or enough for 2 small meals. I usually eat it all in one sitting. Hey, it's good for you! I usually end up adding a bit more seasoning and/or spice to the meals. Because snacking is a hobby, I tend to order more snacks than meals. Paleo granola, chocolate muffins, hot sauce, bone broth, apple crumble, fried plantains, oh man! I love you can order individual meals, or family style. I like to order the cauliflower rice in the family size as a staple to make my own stir fries and cauliflower pizza without having to rice it myself. Such a time saver. Even if you cook a lot at home like I do, you'll still enjoy and appreciate a service like this. Outside the box makes eating healthy almost effortless and widely accessible! You don't have to think about meal planning, chopping veggies, portioning, cooking, or grocery shopping. Seriously, order and eat!

Outside the Box is the first and only food truck in Seattle specializing in Paleo food. In addition to the food truck, they have a meal delivery service for those looking for Paleo meals without having to do the work. The last couple of weeks, Outside the Box has made a stop on the Microsoft campus so I decided to try this truck for the first time. I don't follow the Paleo diet, but that doesn't mean it won't appeal to those who don't. Except if you are a vegetarian/vegan/pescetarian since many of the offerings here include meat. Though there are a couple items that don't. For those who are unfamiliar with the Paleo diet, it basically means that only ingredients available during the hunter-gatherer era of humanity are eaten. So no grains and dairy are used. Great for those who don't like eating highly processed foods. So for someone like me so ingrained to eating carbs with my meal, this is a diet that would seem difficult to adjust to. The offerings here are a little more pricey than other trucks. A couple are over the $10 price point which may seem a bit more than people are willing to pay for what is basically a work lunch. This can be attributed to the ingredients used as meat jacks up the price of meals. I tried out the pork carnitas ($7.99) which is pulled pork on top of pieces of lettuce with pico de gallo on the side. I liked it as it was a refreshing change in the food you can find elsewhere on campus. The taste of the food though stays with you. I don't know if it was from the pico de gallo or onions, but it stays with you for hours after. I think OTB is a promising truck. There is going to be a crowd of customers at MS as the food here appeals to the fitness/CrossFit crowd. But to draw in the regular eater I think it would be good add an additional item or two under the $10 threshold as there are already numerous economical dining options nearby. Keeping the price competitive will help encourage the unfamiliar diner to try out a Paleo meal for a change.

I was pretty excited when this food truck came up to Bothell, since i've been seeing this name everywhere! I'm not Paleo, but I love food truck hopping! I got a turkey meatloaf (2 small slices) with cauliflower mash and some kind of greens (it was nice and sweet)! They put it in a huge take out box, making the food to box ratio kind of weird haha. The turkey meatloaf was pretty good, a good balance of vegetables and turkey but in my opinion it needed a little bit more of flavor. The cauliflower mash was unique, but it wasn't to my taste. The cooked greens were just cooked greens. For the amount of food i've gotten, I don't think it was worth the price of 8.50, but the price might be because of the cost of ingredients to make them. Overall, i probably won't go back to the food truck unless i run out of lunch options.
