Pagliacci Pizza is the best pizza I have had in WA. I am an east coaster and it was hard to find a good place. Unfortunately I rated lower only because the prices have become outrageous. Looks like I wont eat pizza until I move back east.

Very well might be the worst Pagliacci branch. Located on a tiny sliver of a lot between Bel-Red and 20th, this location has a grand total of 5 parking spaces (including disabled) and a whopping 5 chairs inside in case you want to eat in. Meaning if you come with family, friends or can’t find a parking spot, you literally just have to search for another place to eat all over again. I ordered 2 PSR slices and a small salad, and headed over when I received the email saying they were ready. Not only did they not set aside PSR slices which they were out of by the time I got there, they also forgot to give me a fork…for a SALAD (how else would you suggest eating it?). Seriously disappointing customer service and overall characteristics at this location, Pagliacci isn’t bad overall but I’m pretty frustrated with this location in particular.

I ordered pizza for delivery. Instead of the normal amount of cheese cups they deliver with my pizza, they delivered their new very small plastic bags of cheese. No one told me about this change when I ordered. No one thought to check and see that we normally order a certain amount of cheese with our pizza and make sure that we had an equivalent number of the small plastic bags. I called. The woman I talked to seem unimpressed with my issue. As a long-term customer of Paggliaci, I was quite disappointed with the customer service. The only high point was the delivery guy who felt very bad about the missing cheese. The pizza was fine.

The most wonderful pizza on the planet!! I frequently wish there were more Pagliacci‘s south of Seattle because we don’t have any! However, it’s worth driving for believe me! Yummy Yum!!!
