I ordered pizza for delivery. Instead of the normal amount of cheese cups they deliver with my pizza, they delivered their new very small plastic bags of cheese. No one told me about this change when I ordered. No one thought to check and see that we normally order a certain amount of cheese with our pizza and make sure that we had an equivalent number of the small plastic bags. I called. The woman I talked to seem unimpressed with my issue. As a long-term customer of Paggliaci, I was quite disappointed with the customer service. The only high point was the delivery guy who felt very bad about the missing cheese. The pizza was fine.

The most wonderful pizza on the planet!! I frequently wish there were more Pagliacci‘s south of Seattle because we don’t have any! However, it’s worth driving for believe me! Yummy Yum!!!

This place has amazing vegetarian pizzas. The pizzas are thin and satiating with the right amount of cheese and veggies. The cheese and veggie pizzas are a must try for vegetarians.
Pizza is always good but when I went to go get a couple of slices no one was paying attention. I usually get pepperoni Pizza but was interested in a different one I seen in the display and the guy behind the counter took the pizza and threw it out. I thought “wow how wasteful” he could’ve at least asked me if I wanted to try it before throwing it out so I can buy the fresh pie he just took out. The whole interaction was weird and it wouldn’t have killed him to be nice.

I love Pagliacci pizza. It's quick, you can buy either by the slice or a whole pizza. Perfect if you want a quick bite. It's thin crust and one of the best pizza chains in the Seattle area. It's more of a deli than a restaurant. Great, affordable food with a very casual ambiance.
