This has been a popular pizza establishment in Seattle for a number of years, but we were disappointed. Our pizza was very average in taste and lacked flavor. We ordered a mushroom with caramelized onions- however, the latter was not available which was disappointing as this ingredient would have added flavor to an otherwise bland product that was overly costly (1 large pie with Caesar salad exceeded $50).
Pagliacci Pizza is the best pizza I have had in WA. I am an east coaster and it was hard to find a good place. Unfortunately I rated lower only because the prices have become outrageous. Looks like I wont eat pizza until I move back east.
I ordered pizza for delivery. Instead of the normal amount of cheese cups they deliver with my pizza, they delivered their new very small plastic bags of cheese. No one told me about this change when I ordered. No one thought to check and see that we normally order a certain amount of cheese with our pizza and make sure that we had an equivalent number of the small plastic bags. I called.
