Paik's Noodle House in Bellevue delivers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food is consistently fantastic—flavorful, authentic, and satisfyingly portioned. Service is prompt and attentive, making you feel well-cared for throughout your meal. Combined with a warm, welcoming staff and a vibrant, amazing atmosphere, it is an absolute must-visit spot that keeps you coming back for more.
We go there for Jajangmyeon and Jjampong just about weekly. Always great stuff. I've tried Jjampong in several King County restaurants, so far this is my favorite! Their noodles are always top notch, I assume from taste and texture that they make them in-house.
Service is always excellent.
Atmostphere is fast food, but very good for what it is. And two TVs for watching the World Cup :-)

I've visited this location several times, and the food has always been consistently good. The jjajangmyeon and jjamppong are both delicious, and the sweet and sour pork is crispy and flavorful. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable.
The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy Korean-Chinese food with family or friends. I will definitely come back again.
