I haven’t experienced a situation like I had today with a ‘manager’ or someone who’s suppose to be a manager. I placed an order of two pizzas and 3 orders of 8 wings, and they gave me 5 wings on each order and I called and he said I was lying because he asked to his workers and they said they did it right, which is not true. The solution this manager came up with was for me to drive and replace the order. The attitude he showed is very unprofessional, said his name is Matthew he has the worst costumer service. I will never go or order again on this store Bellevue location.

This is the worst papa John’s I’ve been to. I did an online order for pick up and when I came in nobody acknowledged me so I stood around all awkward. There was a younger guy making the pizza, not even a hello, and when the heavy set bald man walked around the corner I asked him if my pizza was ready and he just said NO. Like I’d expect it a “it’ll be ready in 15 minutes” or something like that. Keep in mind the app says it’s ready. So I waited around forever. Never coming back here again, customer service 101 is not that difficult to concept

Besides my order missing a pizza, it took almost 2 hours to receive my food. The food has gone down hill & when I called, the service was horrible. Rude staff. Never again.
The dude at the front wearing the trump hat didnt want to give me my orders cuz i forgot my pizza bag at home after they already gave me an order just 10 mins prior.
He kept giving me shit til he finally said oh look i have a doordash bag right here. I was wondering why he kept looking down under the register. He tried to say he could give me that prior order cuz it was ordered frm doordash but he cant give me the double i had cuz it wasnt ordered frm doordash lol make it make sense.

Oh man Nang is the absolute homie. Had an issue with our grubhub order, called the store directly bc grub hub is trash. He completely fixed the order for us free of charge, THEN gave us coupons bc he felt bad that grubhub ripped us off. First time in months I've experienced actual customer service. Nang is the homie and deserves a raise, I will be going to this location from now on as long as Nang works there.

Waiting for my personal pizza ,waited for 45 minutes. The customer service was good, but was cleared under staffed. The staff weren't wearing any gloves at all, nor changed any gloves during making pizzas. No ppe's , not happy about it.
