One day, our pickup pizza was delayed, and Malic went out of his way to make things right by offering us a complimentary dessert. That’s it, not buying pizza here anymore! We have been with this location for a while but today we ordered as usual 2 pizzas and they are a joke. Barely any sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage. Look how edges are wide, they put the same amount of ingredients as for small size pizza on large 14”.

My pizza was made incorrectly and I did not find out until I had arrived at home. I called back and was told that they would replace it for me under their quality guarantee. When I called in to take them up on their offer, I was told that they could not find the order and would not honor what I was told, even though I had the receipt from my original order.

Today, my daughter and I stopped by to pick up two large pizzas and cinnamon rolls. We were greeted by Nang, who was working at the counter. He was so friendly and had a great attitude. He is such a people person, very charismatic, and made us feel like we were old friends.
Great service, great pizza– it was hot and freshly made, and a great price, especially for carry-out.

Worst service, ordered through Doordash, the place accepted the order, but then never prepared it and closed the store. Then 3 doordash tried to retrieve it with no succes, so more doordash were assigned until i cancel.
Waited without any update or comment from the store for more than 90 minutes til I canceled
I haven’t experienced a situation like I had today with a ‘manager’ or someone who’s suppose to be a manager. I placed an order of two pizzas and 3 orders of 8 wings, and they gave me 5 wings on each order and I called and he said I was lying because he asked to his workers and they said they did it right, which is not true. The solution this manager came up with was for me to drive and replace the order. The attitude he showed is very unprofessional, said his name is Matthew he has the worst costumer service. I will never go or order again on this store Bellevue location.

This is the worst papa John’s I’ve been to. I did an online order for pick up and when I came in nobody acknowledged me so I stood around all awkward. There was a younger guy making the pizza, not even a hello, and when the heavy set bald man walked around the corner I asked him if my pizza was ready and he just said NO. Like I’d expect it a “it’ll be ready in 15 minutes” or something like that. Keep in mind the app says it’s ready. So I waited around forever. Never coming back here again, customer service 101 is not that difficult to concept
