Charged me extra for veggies and when I got home no vegetables. They're cheaters. Always open your box and check your order before leaving

The food is fine, but the other Pho restaurants in Bellevue have more flavor.

I made an order for delivery. The restaurant had confirmed my order. Then I had to wait almost 2 HOURS just to get another alert: 'your order has been canceled'. WTF. This place didn't know how to run professionally. Totally dishonest.

I would check your order if you're doing take out. This is the second time they have charged extra for vegetables and not included it in my soup. How pathetic . Well pretty sure they're going to close soon, not a soul for dinner, how long can they pay the rent in Bellevue if they keep losing customers. Cheaters

The food was overpriced for the portion you got. The waitress never smiled, she had a sour annoyed look with all customers. My family and I tried multiple times to get her attention asking for extra bowls as we shared a big bowl of pho, and I believe the customer should not have to work that hard to get the attention of a waiter. She heard us but ignored us multiple times. It started to get quite funny as when we finally got her attention we asked "can we please get 2 extra bowls?", she simply replied with "later."

Nice little place tucked away behind the Safeway. Good service, good pho.

Most amount of beef I've had in pho. Tastes great for a good price. Will return. Excellent food safety rating as well

Glad they open this pho place here in Bellevue! When we moved to Bellevue downtown we were very disappointed with all of the pho restaurants here... we were hesitant to try but glad we did! Finally a decent pho in the area!

This has become my go to spot for my lunch breaks; conveniently located with parking, broth is fire, service is quick and friendly, it's always clean, and flavors are good! Pros: -beef broth -seafood pho -peanut sauce that comes with the fresh rolls -super customizable rolls -hasn't been that busy when I visit so after I leave my hair smells less of onions than usual Cons: -egg rolls are pricey and not that good $6.95 for 3 lil guys (but I love crunchy things so I order them anyway) -pretty expensive for pho but it's Bellevue so I get it

They used to be FANTASTIC when they first opened - but we wen't in yesterday, menu was completely different, food was not very good. Thai Iced tea was undrinkable. Won't be going back.

Fantastic food with huge portions. Regularly get the pho, and they go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. I personally have problems swallowing due to medical issues, they are always willing to get me just straight broth, something that not a whole lot of places do. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I'm still on the lookout for my go-to Vietnamese spot in Bellevue, but until I find it, this place will do, I suppose. I picked up a takeout order from here on a Friday around lunch. It wasn't busy at all - maybe 5 of the 20 tables were taken. I ordered the meatball pho as well as one order of fried egg rolls. When I called ahead, they didn't tell me how much my order was, but I wasn't expecting it to be anything more than $12 based on my experience at other pho restaurants. However, my total came out to be a little less than $20! Extremely overpriced in my opinion. My pho bowl alone was about $11, which is insane. I'm used to bowls being $7/8 at most. And then the egg rolls, the 3 tiny egg rolls, were $6.25! I would've paid $3 at most for those egg rolls. Completely caught off guard, I was hoping that the quality would be worth the premium they charge. I was sadly mistaken. The pho was pretty average, and that's me being generous. The broth lacked the heavy hitting umami beefy flavor that I've grown accustomed to eating pho all my life. And the rice noodles were a bit thinner than the noodles I've seen in pho, and so the mouth feel just didn't feel right to me. The meatballs are the same meatballs you'll find at any other pho place. And the egg rolls were okay, again, they were tiny. Unfortunately, there aren't many places to go to for Vietnamese in Bellevue, so if you really are craving pho on a rainy day, this place won't kill you, maybe just your wallet.

I went in here the first week it opened and there was no one eating in the whole place. I felt bad for them almost. But the food was decent and prices were reasonable. So I went back a couple months later and suddenly they're full of people and they have new menus printed up and prices are jacked. $13 for takeout vermicelli, at lunch?! Hard to justify when the food is on par with every other so-so Vietnamese spot in DT Bellevue. Free parking maybe? Pleasant and efficient service? I dunno, whatever.

Good spring rolls. Peanut sauce is more like peanut butter than usual (but still good).

The "fresh" rolls are iceberg lettuce with brown tips at the end filled with questionable meat products barely about lunch deli grade. The prices are too high for the quality of food. The restaurant is at least clean and the service is quick but the food quality is truly questionable.
