I was served by Amber and Katelyn, who were the most positive and welcoming workers I’ve ever encountered! Amber had good vibes and was so friendly, while Katelyn made sure our order was made to perfection! Food was great quality, I wish the rice was a little more firm but overall great.

I came to Pokeworks Bellevue around 6:15 PM because their online presence looked good, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a build-your-own bowl with two sides of protein, but the portions were very small (each scoop was only about 3–4 pieces of fish). Even with two scoops, the bowl ended up being mostly rice with very little protein. I got spicy salmon and tuna, and the fish did not taste fresh and tasted off. I started feeling unwell shortly after eating and couldn’t finish the bowl, so I had to throw the rest away even though I was still hungry.
On top of that, the service was not good either. After checking my printed receipt at the counter, I noticed I was charged $2 extra by mistake. I clarified it with the employees, but the only two employees on shift said they could not process refunds. Instead, they kept offering free add-ons as a replacement. I ended up with one extra scoop of spicy salmon, but I didn’t want extra food. I wanted the charge corrected/refunded.
Overall, the food quality and service were not acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Please save yourself and your money and don’t come here.
