I ordered a BLTA with provolone, and what I received was literally just bacon and cheese. I had to send someone back to have it “fixed,” and all they did was dump a huge amount of lettuce on it. I had to go in there myself a third time to quiz them on what is on the sandwich, they just stood there like a deer in headlights not knowing how to answer my question when the menu is literally right behind them so I had to list all the ingredients that make up a BLTA—bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado like a teacher quizzing their student because the staff seemed completely unaware of what their own menu entails. They ended up having to remake the entire sandwich.
It’s incredibly frustrating when a restaurant can’t get a basic menu item right, and it shouldn’t be the customer’s job to teach them how to make a sandwich.
I hope they take this seriously and train their staff properly, because right now, their service is inexcusable, and frankly just sad. It was such a simple sandwich too.
Stopped by here for lunch with the grandkids as they have a kids menu. I ordered the regular Mediterranean which was ok fine. The kids had grilled cheese. They were not too much liking the sandwich it was too much bread/ crunchy not a typical grilled sandwich. They did enjoy the cookie and the apple sauce.
The clerk was very friendly, efficient, and polite. The facility was clean and orderly. I had been to similar stores in the past but not this one.

I went to Potbelly for the first time this week -- not a great experience.
One of the staff members had a terrible attitude both to customers and to the other staff. I didn't catch his name, but it was not the best first impression.
Food wise, sandwich was okay but the lemonade was beyond disgusting. I'm not sure how else to describe it other than it tasted like the machine hasn't been cleaned in forever. It caused my stomach to get very upset, and I don't think it was the sandwich.
Maybe the experience is better at other locations in this chain, but I can't see I recommend this one.

First visit: One or two incorrect ingredients - somewhat expected when making modifications at potbelly
Second visit: Missing one of the cold cuts - never had this happen in 15+ years across several locations and went entirely unresolved
Today's visit: meat covered maybe 30% of the sandwich (see photo)
Just go to the Bellevue location
The A wreck is absolutely phenomenal. Friendly workers which seems to be rare in these times. Keep it up
Door says they close at 9pm.
Came at 7:45pm — door open and the guy told me they are closed already/putting everything away. Don’t post hours of operation if you’re not going to abide by them.
Food is good and service is nice but a large sandwich and a drink will cost you about 20$. Not a good protein for dollar place.

Ordeing a veggie melt to go
Good sandwiches but the employees look at you the same way that a cow would look at an oncoming train when you walk in.. looking at you when you walk in and not saying anything and looking away is kind of disrespectful. It’s all right though , this how capitalism works. Jimmy John’s it is..

Overlake location - Decided to stop in for a few sandwiches. As I walked in there was one gal working the counter and as I walked up she went in the back as I waited for over 5 min before she came out and took my order. As the sandwich came out of the oven it sat for another few minutes before someone else came out to finish the toppings. I moved on down the line to pay and waited for a third person to come ring me up. Total experience time was just short of 20min for 3 sandwiches. Did I mention I was the only one in line… won’t be back. Jimmy John’s here I come.

Regularly get food from the Potbelly Sandwich and honestly the food is fantastic! Delicious, satisfying and warm. However, the service is not the most pleasant. Of all the times I have ordered in person, there isn't a time that stands out where any of the servers were friendly. Tried to grab something quick a few weeks back at around 19:50pm. As we pulled up to the store, still in our car, the server stared at us with the most angry glare- it was almost as if he was trying to intimidate us so as to not come in. It was honestly very unsettling and made me so uncomfortable. We actually drove off and haven't ordered since. Checked the stores official closing time and it had said they they close at 20:00pm. If we had entered the store and they had informed us politely that we could no longer be served, I would have understood given the time. It just makes me wonder if it had been someone else that had just wanted to grab a shake even, that they would have have had to endure that kind of intimidation, uncomfortability and sheer rudeness.
