I ordered kids menu for the first time and buffalo wrap for adults. Burger was very very bad. Nobody touched. The carrots in kids menu were very old, dry and dirty looking - I was suprised they put such carrots. Half of the fries were soggy and the other half was burned. Extremely overpriced for the quality. Plus, this location is not very clean.

It's Red Robin, good burger and fries. Kid friendly. They do the embarrassing birthday cheer. While they offer "bottomless fries" they give only so much that it takes a while to get the amount you want.

Food was ok. But the female server (with long hair) was absolutely horrendous. We went on a weekday before noon so there was barely any other customer, we raised our hand trying to order our food and were ignored for 10+ minutes. When the female server saw us she was at another table and screamed across the hall way “I see you, you just gotta be patient!” which was absolutely uncalled for, we would’ve appreciate it if she would just acknowledge without the demeaning comment. When she finally took our order she was rude with a condescending attitude, talked over us and was extremely impatient herself.The girl at the entrance (with short hair) who greeted us and seated us was really friendly though. She made our RB experience slightly better, though sad to say the main server has done the damage.

Our server was decorated in Christmas lights and had just as bright of a personality. They were attentive and refills were offered quickly.The avocabbo salad was way bigger than I anticipated and was very flavorful.

My server was amazing. I wish I got my reciept and knew her name. I came on a busy night. I definitely got value for my money and great service. ? my server had extremely long light brown or blonde hair and had a teenager who was 15. We talked story before I left because I was there by myself with 4 kids. My server gave me great inspiration insight as mother with older kids and we had a great little talk as she tidied the tables and we left. The staff works well as a team making sure everyone has refills and fries at all times. The staff here does a great job. I came in on Wednesday around 8 pm. My kids and I had a blast. We will come back again for sure. Red robin is a good memory of mine and now I get to share it with my kids and it's affordable. The kids had Shirley temples with their dinner. It was awesome. It made me think of being with my dad as a kid in Boston in China town playing keno. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food very much.

Not great.I went to get my birthday burger and the waitress said it had already been used. It had not. She did not want to budge. Very rude about it.Tried to call to complain. Waited on hold for 9 minutes. No manager. Bad service. Not convenient anyways but I can get mediocre food and bad service anywhere

First time here. Love my burger. Come tastes that it has chlorine. Staff is a bit too friendly for me cause I’m a super introvert. Don’t see family restroom and a woman just brought her boy in the lady’s room which I find a bit uncomfortable with cause the boy is really staring around.

Everything was perfect. I went with a bunch of kids who were RR fans like they say it ?. I wouldn’t have been there if not for them tbh. The kids ordered whiskey river barbecue chicken sandwich, chicken sandwiches , vanilla milkshake while I settled in for the impossible burgers. The wait time was about 15 mins on a Saturday evening. It was noisy because of the match and a lot of kids in the restaurant but was fun. I enjoyed my burger but the fries were dampening. The kids also ordered a bunch of sauces to go with their meal and that was interesting. I would have given them a 4.5 star overall if I had a choice.

I was highly unsatisfied with the order I received. I ordered a whiskey river BBQ burger for delivery with a veggie patty since I’m strictly vegetarian and they gave me a beef patty. I spoke to the manager. He was helpful and gave me a partial refund, although he did not seem remorseful at all for the inconvenience, which I find unprofessional. I wish I could take back my tip.
Ok. Why is this still listed on Google? This location has been closed for over a year. Maybe two.

Red Robin is always good and consistent. The service is hit or miss, but tonight it was just OK. Had to ask several times for my drink to be filled and 2 times for extra napkins.
