Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was excellent! They were understaffed for a busy night so I don't blame them for the food taking a while. The atmosphere is fun but a bit overwhelming (but, y'know, it's a Red Robin, what do you expect?)

Nice and quiet place ,family friendly , i don't know why its 3.7 but its at least 4.8 for to be fair ,the only thing that i didn't like its the smell inside the place , the service is awesome

There was burnt grill flakes the size of a quarter on my mushroom burger. They didn’t comp the burger and then the machine to pay was t working and we didn’t see the waiter for 20 minutes and then it took 10 minutes to reboot the computer so we just sat there for half an hour wanting to leave. The place is gross. The menus and tables are sticky. Avoid.

I just went there with h my wife to have quick drinks. Service is good, food is great. Do not complain, it is a chain shop. At least they make it aligned with their standard.

Clucks & fries all day. With buzz sauce and ranch. Sometimes the dirty bird is just what you need.

I came into Red Robin for a quick bite with the kids . Michelle was so great with the kiddos !!! They loved her!!! Please let her that she is amazing and is doing a wonderful job!!

I had a crummy day prior to arriving to Factoria Red Robin. Michelle made my dining experience wonderful!! Her service was excellent, food was great and arrived quickly. Michelle definitely sets the atmosphere there and I will be back to visit . Thank you again .

Absolutely most disrespectful and rude customer service I’ve ever experienced. Server openly and loudly mocked my grandmother for complimenting her speed on refilling the drink. Not even mad just quite surprised that this person is allowed to work here. Hostess at the front desk was rude too. Bad bad customer service for nothing. My family was nothing but nice and respectful and even tipped. There was no reason to have such a gross personality. It’s a shame too cause the food was so good, and the rating would probably be better if the service quality matched the food quality 😕
