Worst Red Robin I've been too. Service was incredibly slow despite the restaurant not being busy. We asked for fries to come out right away and we never got any, had to ask for the sauces we ordered and were charged for, no one came to check on us, never got a refill on drink until the end of the meal, my boyfriends burger was pink and his fries were cold. We asked for it to removed from the bill and they said no we will just remake it and we ended up gettingit to go. I've never been to a Red Robin with this poor of service. The whole environment seemed off too me. Not the family friendly vibes I usually get. Seemed like a lot of people standing around. 1000% will not return to this location..

Went there to celebrate my birthday so nothing really special. Food was good as ever.

This Red Robin is located inside of the Factoria Mall. Food is good, but the portions have gotten quite small except for so many french fries that you might not really need. Our server was fantastic and probably the best part of our experience. Atmosphere score is low because, well it's inside of a mall. 😁

Used to love going to RR but sadly it’s gone downhill quite a bit. The burger sizes are significantly smaller now and the prices have gone up. My burger patty was burnt and very dry too
We had to wait roughly 20-30 minutes after being seated for a waiter to come and take our order.

I’m writing this review to share a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience my family and I have had during multiple visits to this Red Robin location. Unfortunately, our visits have been consistently marred by the behavior of a particular manager. Every time we’ve been seated under her supervision, her demeanor is cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming, which makes it impossible for us to enjoy our time.
This manager consistently exhibits behavior that feels discriminatory. She speaks to us with an attitude that is markedly different from the warm and friendly tone she uses with other guests. Her eye-rolling, dismissive tone, and patronizing remarks create an environment that feels uninviting and uncomfortable. It’s saddening to see someone in a hospitality role exhibit such unprofessional behavior.
We’ve unfortunately stopped visiting this location due to these repeated experiences. Dining out should be about enjoying a quality meal and making memories with loved ones, not feeling judged or unwelcome. It’s disappointing to think that someone in a leadership position is failing to embody the values of hospitality and inclusivity that Red Robin promotes.
I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for management to take a closer look at their team’s behavior and provide necessary training. Every guest deserves respect and a warm dining experience, regardless of their background. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and I hope this individual reflects on how their actions impact others.

$19 for a small chicken burger. that was mostly bun and really not that good.

Me and my cousin order some chicken tenders, they were unbelievably salty, as if someone spilled salt on them. We asked for a new plate, my cousins had most of his however I had well over half remaining. When asked the manager came over and made a fool of us and denied my request. Very disrespectful and extremely brash considering we were extremely respectful about it. She proceeded to take the remaining food for us and made us pay full price. Never coming back again.

This location use to be clean, but now the restaurant smells like wet dirty old rags and it looks and feels dirty. It is in need of some major remodeling. The staff and food are decent, but I’ll be going to a different location that doesn’t smell.
Disappointed, the worst location of the franchise. Food was not even hot nor fresh. Service was poor as our server didn’t even bother to clear our tables when we were finished nor asked if we wanted refills of our fries and beverages.

Horrible experience today, food was ice cold the bun was cold and the cheese was not even melted. When we told the server she made a face like she was mad and answered rude. When the second one came out it was same thing horrible. Since the very beginning it took over 15 minutes to get someone to even say hi at the door. People would walk by and not even attempt to get us seated. So sad to see this.

This usually is a good place but todays the services sucks 1000%, we waiting for 20 minutes somebody took my order, then I order some appetizers and was completely cold!!!!!!!, the restaurant it wasn’t full just like the half and the food took 30 minutes more, and you know others parties that arrive after us was attended first with their meals, we were just 4 persons included 2 kids, the Mac and cheese was cold for my toddler, and I have to ask for napkins!!!!!! Cause the waiter didn’t bring us napkins, and no mention the catsup, I had to take one from another table cause once again everybody ignore us and I have to ask 3 times Honney mustard till somebody brought me, the birthday of my toddler they made us bitter, totally banned

Burger sucked staff bad. Burger was definetly sitting in the walk in getting warm due to the power outage. I feel disgusting just thinking about. Staff was pretty Hard to get along with. Wish I could ask for a refund but I know how they would react based on the first experience. Classic conundrum.
