The food was so freaking gross. Mushy burgers and very low quality produce. My salad greens had more brown than green. The waitress was wonderful though.

Our championship team (33 people!) walked into the Red Robin in Factoria and they absolutely crushed it. The staff seated us quickly, helped get everything set up, and delivered food unbelievably fast. The service was friendly, organized, and way above expectations for a group our size. Huge shoutout to the entire team — you made our celebration awesome! Highly recommend this location.

Like being able to customize food.

Food served cold, cold fries, had to ask multiple times for ice water and tartar, by the time it comes, fries are even colder than they were when they came out. Each time we come here, same thing. No excuse as they have plenty of staff standing around laughing in the bar. And have four or five tables filled…it’s giving Krusty Krab.

My wife, our young daughter, and I visited the Red Robin in Factoria yesterday, and I would like to share some concerns about our experience.

Although we requested a high chair upon arrival, we were seated in the passageway between the kitchen and the dining area, and the high chair was never brought to us. The food was mostly good — the burger and macaroni were delicious — but the fries were very dry and lacked flavor.

Because we never received the high chair, our daughter stood near the table, and staff told us she was blocking their way, even though the restaurant had plenty of open seating where our family could have been placed more comfortably. Some interactions with the staff felt unfriendly, possibly due to our limited English, and a comment to my wife about talking too loudly was made publicly, which felt uncomfortable.

We also noticed an employee sitting in the dining area doing paperwork while giving us dissatisfied looks, which added to the overall discomfort. Lastly, the table dedicated to veterans is positioned directly next to the restroom, which struck us as somewhat disrespectful. I tried to express myself very softly and politely, thank you.

We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Good place for families. Reasonable prices for the amount of food. Nice that it is located in a mini mall where you can hit a couple places as part of eating out.

Server was nice but other staff were Rude looking and stood in my way as I'm trying to leave. Said excuse me and she just stood there.

Foods good, never order through uber eats though!! My uber driver stole my order and I just had to cancel the order as my driver was able to just give the confirmation code and drive off. Super disappointed, I love red robbing but all these delivery issues really leave a bad taste.

We go there for milkshakes and fries after doing our 3 mile walks as a reward.
