Here's what happened to my mom. She was there to buy a cake but was met with an extremely rude lady that didn't help her out when she was having trouble with the credit card. She was so mad that she left the place and don't want to come back. It takes a lot to get my mom upset and so you can imagine how terrible their service was.

We were looking for a coffee shop in Bellevue when the weather worsened. I find Regent Cakes & Bakery in the area with good reviews. So we decided to go there to have hot drinks and cakes.We got a good parking space near the bakery. The coffee was excellent. The cakes and other desserts were delicious. The lady behind the counter was very nice! We enjoyed our time there!Parking: I don’t have problem getting a parking near the bakery.Wheelchair accessibility: The bakery is wheelchair friendly. ADA parking available.

Terrible service, talked me into getting an almost $100 cake when all I wanted was one of their standard round fresh fruit cakes which is less than half of what I paid. Very unhelpful, didn't even look like the cake I was trying to order.

Prepackaged items on shelf looks to be there awhile. Did not realize I had picked up one with broken seal. They were torn at seams not where the opening of item was. Thrown away since they offered no refund. Crossed off my list of visiting this store.

This shop has been a go to place for all the celebrations in the family for past 1.5 years even though i live in Sammamish. Generally their quality is consistent. Today i ordered a fresh fruit cake for my birthday and Unfortunately the only thing good about the cake was the presentation. The fruits used were either sour or tasteless . Not a very GOOD START of the way to start the b"day celebrations due to poor quality of REGENT BAKERY. i Reckon i have to shift to other shops now .

I ordered cream puff and Japanese cheesecake, it’s weird that both the filling of the puff and the cheesecake taste really similar (both have the artificial lemonade flavor), I was expecting something more milky and buttery for cheesecake and puff. And there goes my $22 bucks for this, I don’t feel like finishing it anymore.
The red bean bun and pineapple bun are awesome!!
